شركة Airbus Helicopters Arabia تطلب مدرب B2 (فني طيران) للعمل في مكة جدة، السعودية. الوظيفة بعقد محدد المدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • التعليم: دبلوم على الأقل في تخصص إلكترونيات الطيران أو برنامج تدريبي معتمد في المجال/التخصص (سنتان كحد أدنى).
  • الترخيص: يفضل رخصة EASA Part 66 أو FAA.
  • الخبرة الفنية: 5 سنوات خبرة مثبتة (عسكرية أو مدنية) في صيانة H145.
  • الخبرة التعليمية: 3 سنوات خبرة مثبتة كمدرب فني.
  • تصنيف النوع: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على Type Rating على طائرة H145 من منظمة معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (OEM).
  • تطوير المناهج: خبرة في تطوير وتدريب مناهج التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) في المجال ذاته للفنيين المبتدئين والمتقدمين.
  • الوسائل التعليمية: خبرة في تطوير وسائل تعليمية مثل الرسوم البيانية والمخططات والنشرات والشرائح لتسهيل الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • الإشراف والسجلات: خبرة في الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التقييمات التدريبية، مع إجادة Microsoft Office لحفظ السجلات وفقاً لسياسات PSS/GSAC.
  • الكتابة الفنية: يفضل 3 سنوات خبرة في منصب كتابة فنية.
  • التأهيل التخصصي: يفضل أن يكون مؤهلاً كمستوى 7 في تخصصات اللوجستيات والصيانة والتدريب ذات الصلة.
  • الشهادة: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة/دورة مؤهل مدرب من منظمة معترف بها.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية: مستوى IELTS 6.0 كحد أدنى أو ما يعادله للمتحدثين غير الناطقين بها، وإلا سيتم التقييم أثناء مقابلة PSS/GSAC.
  • مهارات البرمجيات: معرفة عملية بأدوات الأتمتة المكتبية مثل MS Office.
  • يجب إثبات جميع المعلومات في السيرة الذاتية بنسخ من وثائق رسمية.
  • اجتياز مقابلة PSS/GSAC (حضورياً أو عبر الإنترنت).
  • اجتياز التصريح الأمني من الحكومة السعودية.
  • الوعي بمخاطر الامتثال والالتزام بالنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها ونموها المستدام.

Job Description:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in avionics specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
  • Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
  • Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
  • Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh maintenance technicians and advanced maintenance technicians with experience.
  • Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
  • Supervision & Records: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite to maintain training records with adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
  • Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.
  • Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
  • Language Proficiency: * English language level (listening, speaking, reading & writing) at a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for non-native speakers.
    • Otherwise, English proficiency will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
  • Software Skills: Working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
  • Successful completion of the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
  • Passing security clearance from the KSA government.
