Overview:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing cybersecurity service delivery, ensuring operational performance, service quality, and compliance with contractual requirements. The role acts as the primary coordination point between the client and service teams and ensures effective delivery of cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall cybersecurity service delivery and operational performance.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity operations teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, risks, issues, and improvement actions.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Prepare and present service performance reports and management updates.
• Ensure continuity and quality of cybersecurity operations.

Talent Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management or managing similar large-scale projects.
• Previous experience managing cybersecurity operations or service delivery is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
