Role Description This full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role at Get Smart Medical Company is based in Riyadh . The Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include administering and interpreting psychological tests, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support integrated care. The role also involves offering psychoeducation to clients and families, participating in case conferences, contributing to clinical supervision activities, and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards for mental health practice.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical and evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessment tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of a range of psychological and emotional conditions.
• Experience in Clinical Supervision, mentoring, or supporting junior clinicians and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional licensure or eligibility for licensure/registration as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, culturally diverse settings.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development; prior experience in hospital or clinic settings in Riyadh or the wider region is an advantage.
