Cybersecurity Architecture Specialist

شركة Cloud Consultancy - CCDS تبحث عن أخصائي معماري الأمن السيبراني للعمل في المقر الرئيسي بالرياض، السعودية، بعقد قائم على المشروع في خدمات الأمن السيبراني المدارة لمدة 13 شهراً، ويشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المجال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة تصاميم الحلول والمؤسسات لتحديد مخاطر الأمن وثغرات التحكم ونقاط الضعف في التصميم.
- تحديد متطلبات وأساليب وأنماط معمارية الأمن وتوصيات التحكم الفنية.
- مراجعة تصاميم التطبيقات والبنية التحتية والشبكات وجدران الحماية والتقسيم (Segmentation) وواجهات API وتكامل الطرف الثالث والخدمات السحابية.
- تقديم إرشادات حول الدفاع في العمق (Defense in Depth) والثقة الصفرية (Zero Trust) والعزل وأقل الصلاحيات والاتصال الآمن والتصميم المتين.
- إجراء تقييمات مخاطر معمارية وتوثيق النتائج وإجراءات المعالجة والاستثناءات والمخاطر المتبقية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات تصاميم المشاريع وموافقات الأمان ومراجعات التغيير الفنية.
- المساهمة في خارطة طريق معماري الأمن السيبراني للمؤسسة وضمان التوافق مع سياسات الوزارة وضوابط الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني (NCA) والمعايير المعترف بها.
- التنسيق مع فرق التطبيقات والبنية التحتية والشبكات والسحابة وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) ومركز العمليات الأمنية (SOC) وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال (GRC) لدمج الأمن طوال دورة حياة الحلول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو أمن المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال معماري الأمن السيبراني للمؤسسات.
- خبرة قوية في أمن التطبيقات وأمن البنية التحتية وأمن الشبكات وأمن السحابة وإدارة الهوية والوصول والتشفير وتكامل الأمن.
- خبرة مثبتة في مراجعات تصميم الأمن وتقييم التهديدات/المخاطر وأنماط المعمارية الآمنة والحوكمة الفنية.
- معرفة بمفاهيم الثقة الصفرية والدفاع في العمق ودورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات الآمنة (Secure SDLC) ومتطلبات الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني وأطر المعمارية والأمن الرائدة.
- الشهادات المهنية المفضلة: SABSA، TOGAF، CCSP، CISSP، GIAC GCSA أو ما يعادلها من شهادات معماري الأمن.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تفكير استراتيجي ونظمي مع اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل الفنية.
- تواصل مؤثر والقدرة على تحدي التصاميم بشكل بناء.
- مهارات قوية في التوثيق والعرض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على ترجمة متطلبات المخاطر والتنظيم إلى قرارات معمارية عملية.

Role Purpose
Design, review, and govern secure enterprise architectures across applications, infrastructure, networks, integrations, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Review solution and enterprise architectures to identify security risks, control gaps, and design weaknesses
- Define security architecture requirements, patterns, reference designs, and technical control recommendations
- Review application, infrastructure, network, firewall, segmentation, API, third-party integration, and cloud designs
- Provide guidance on defense in depth, Zero Trust, isolation, least privilege, secure connectivity, and resilient architecture
- Perform architecture risk assessments and document findings, remediation actions, exceptions, and residual risk
- Participate in project design reviews, security approval gates, and technical change reviews
- Contribute to the enterprise cybersecurity architecture roadmap and ensure alignment with Ministry policies, NCA controls, and recognized standards
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, IAM, SOC, and GRC teams to embed security throughout solution lifecycles
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- At least 8 years of enterprise cybersecurity architecture experience
- Strong expertise across application security, infrastructure security, network security, cloud security, IAM, encryption, and security integration
- Proven experience in security design reviews, threat/risk assessment, secure architecture patterns, and technical governance
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, defense in depth, secure SDLC, NCA requirements, and leading architecture/security frameworks
- Strategic and systems-oriented thinking with strong attention to technical detail
- Influential communication and the ability to challenge designs constructively
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Able to translate risk and regulatory requirements into practical architecture decisions
