المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية بما في ذلك تسجيل المعاملات المالية، وصيانة دفاتر الأستاذ العامة، وتسوية كشوف الحسابات البنكية وحسابات العملاء.
- إعداد الفواتير، ومراقبة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، والمساعدة في إجراءات الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
- دعم إعداد التقارير المالية والميزانيات، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية والضوابط الداخلية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والمراجعين الخارجيين، وتوفير بيانات مالية دقيقة لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل امتلاك شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA.
- الإلمام باللوائح المحلية والمتطلبات الضريبية في المملكة العربية السعودية أو المنطقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة، وإدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام، وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة والفواتير وتسوية الحسابات البنكية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة وأنظمة ERP، بالإضافة إلى MS Excel وتطبيقات Office الأخرى.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات المالية، وإعداد الميزانيات، والمساهمة في التوقعات المالية ومراقبة التكاليف.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، ومهارات تنظيمية قوية، والقدرة على إدارة مواعيد تسليم متعددة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة والقدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة والمراجعين.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with local regulations and tax requirements in Saudi Arabia or the region is preferred.
