The Context

Almarai, the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company and the number one FMCG brand in the MENA region with SAR 22 billion in sales and 43,000+ employees, is looking for a Senior Planning Officer to manage inventory levels and replenishment across its sales depot network. What The Role Covers

Inventory Monitoring & Replenishment Planning

You monitor stock fluctuations across all sales depots to identify replenishment needs and order adjustments. You analyze sales trends to build accurate stock replenishment plans, identify aging inventory to reduce expiry risk, and submit consolidated planned orders to the Central Production Planning (CPP) team for confirmation.

SAP Execution & Reporting

You offload CPP-approved replenishment stocks into SAP and monitor CPP confirmed orders with sales depots. You generate weekly reefer turnaround delay reports and service level reports, ensuring full visibility of inventory health across the depot network.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2 years of experience in logistics or supply planning
• Experience managing high volumes of SKUs
• SAP/ERP proficiency required
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret business and sales trend data
• Excellent written and verbal English
