Alstom، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في النقل بالسكك الحديدية والتي تضم أكثر من 80,000 موظف في 63 دولة، تبحث عن مهندس لوجستيات (Logistics Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق مشروعها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يركز الدور على تصميم وتحسين تدفقات المواد اللوجستية لمشاريع البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية واسعة النطاق، بالعمل مع الموردين ووحدات Alstom وفرق البناء لضمان عمليات سلسة من البداية وحتى التسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم المستودعات وتحديد تدفق المواد والمعلومات في بداية المشروع لضمان مفاهيم لوجستية منظمة تمنع الاضطرابات خلال مراحل البناء والتسليم.
- تحسين سلسلة التوريد والتخطيط من خلال التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف، وتطبيق معرفة تحسين تدفق المواد الدولية والمحلية، ودعم التحسين المستمر لعمليات اللوجستيات بما يتوافق مع أهداف المشروع والأعمال.
- تطوير أعضاء الفريق وتقديم التدريب المناسب لتعزيز المهارات والأداء، وقيادة ثقافة المرونة والقدرة على التكيف والتعلم المستمر داخل فريق اللوجستيات، مع ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة أو فهم لمواصفات اللوجستيات وعمليات سلسلة التوريد.
