شركة العربية للاستشارات الهندسية (ACEC) هي شركة استشارية متعددة التخصصات تأسست عام 1979، وتتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 36 عاماً في المملكة العربية السعودية. تقدم الشركة خدمات في مجالات التخطيط والعمارة والتصميم الداخلي وهندسة المناظر الطبيعية، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة كاملة من التخصصات الهندسية بما في ذلك الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والاتصالات. كما تعمل الشركة في إدارة المشاريع والإشراف الموقعي، وتقدم حلولاً هندسية وتصميمية وإدارية متكاملة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم ومراجعة وتحسين أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) لمشاريع المباني والمنشآت الصناعية، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير ذات الصلة ومتطلبات العميل.
  • إعداد الرسومات والمواصفات الخاصة بأنظمة HVAC، وإجراء حسابات الأحمال، واختيار المعدات، وتنسيق التصاميم مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى.
  • الإشراف على أعمال التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة، وحل المشكلات الفنية، ودعم فرق المشروع بالوثائق والتقارير الفنية.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين لتقديم حلول HVAC فعالة وآمنة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي وثيق الصلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في هندسة وتصميم أنظمة HVAC للمباني والمشاريع الصناعية.
  • معرفة قوية بممارسات الصيانة والإصلاح لأنظمة HVAC، بما في ذلك استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحسين الأداء.
  • الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير واللوائح السعودية والدولية ذات الصلة بالسلامة.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في بيئات الاستشارات أو إدارة المشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • التسجيل المهني أو العضوية في الهيئات الهندسية ذات الصلة يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام أدوات التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) لإعداد الرسومات والمخططات الخاصة بأنظمة HVAC.
  • مهارات قوية في اختيار المعدات وتحليل أداء أنظمة HVAC.
  • القدرة على تفسير المستندات الفنية وإعداد التقارير والتواصل بوضوح مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع ومواعيد نهائية متعددة.

Company Description Arabian Consulting Engineering Centre (ACEC) is a Saudi multidisciplinary consulting firm established in 1979, with over 36 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company provides services across planning, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and a full range of engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and communication. ACEC is also active in construction management, instrumentation and control, and site supervision, supporting clients through all project phases. The firm has worked as both main and supplemental contractor for numerous in-kingdom clients, offering integrated engineering, design, and project management solutions.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Engineer role based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. The HVAC Engineer will design, review, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for building and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing HVAC drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and coordinating designs with other engineering disciplines. The role involves overseeing installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities, resolving technical issues, and supporting project teams with technical documentation and reports. The HVAC Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective HVAC solutions.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design for building and industrial projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and system performance.
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing HVAC drawings and layouts.
  • Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, including troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Familiarity with relevant Saudi and international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Previous experience with consultancy or project management environments in KSA is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Professional registration or membership in relevant engineering bodies is an advantage.
