Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in EPC projects, refineries, and petrochemical plants?

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team in Jubail, supporting large-scale industrial projects from FEED through Detailed Engineering while ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant electrical system design and execution.

🔧 Engineering & Design • Develop and review electrical design packages from FEED to detailed engineering.

• Design and engineer electrical systems ranging from 230kV, 34.5kV, down to 110V.

• Work with GIS switchgear, MCCs, MV/LV motors, VSDs, transformers, protection relays, lighting, and heat tracing systems.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and standards.

⚡ Power System Studies • Lead and review ETAP studies, including:

• Load Flow Analysis
• Short Circuit Studies
• Motor Starting Studies
• Protective Relay Coordination
• Grounding & Arc Flash Studies

🛠️ Technical Support & Troubleshooting • Conduct root cause analysis of electrical failures.

• Provide recommendations to improve reliability and prevent future issues.

• Support maintenance teams in optimizing plant performance.

📊 Project Management & Coordination • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Review vendor drawings and support cost estimation, scope development, and material take-offs.

⚙️ Compliance & Safety • Ensure adherence to NFPA, ANSI/IEEE, and IEC standards.

• Support MOC processes, permit reviews, and electrical installation approvals.

🏗️ Field & Construction Support • Support plant layout development with a focus on safety and constructability.

• Oversee electrical installations in hazardous classified areas.

• Interface with site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)

✅ 5-10+ years of experience in EPC, refinery, or petrochemical environments

✅ Strong expertise in HV/MV electrical systems and design engineering

✅ Hands-on experience with Siemens, SEL, and GE protection relays

✅ Advanced knowledge of ETAP software for power system analysis

✅ Ability to interpret P&IDs and develop electrical design solutions
