Required to join a Facilities Management company managing services on behalf of a prestigious client in Al Ula. They are seeking a Saudi National to develop a comprehensive contract compliance and performance management framework.

This role ensures service providers meet contractual obligations, comply with applicable regulations, and deliver services in line with agreed-upon standards.

The Manager will conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and provide regular compliance and performance reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellence

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated technical capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook
• Knowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principle
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in asset management or facilities management
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly skilled in technical specifications of installation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time-management skills
• Detail oriented and highly organised
• Skilled in negotiation and project management
