As a Cluster Assistant Purchasing Manager, you’re not just supporting the purchasing process across multiple hotels - you’re helping spread the light and warmth of hospitality by ensuring the right products and supplies are available at the right time, contributing to memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Oversee procurement operations: Manage purchasing and inventory of general merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels
• Align with internal stakeholders: Collaborate with the Chef and hotel management to align purchases with hotel needs and specifications
• Manage supplier relationships: Secure competitive pricing, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ensure quality control: Review shipments to confirm products meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards
• Lead and develop the team: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team
