المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة وإدارة شكاوى العملاء ومشكلاتهم في الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان دقة مستويات المخزون والحفاظ عليها.
- إعداد قائمة بقطع الغيار التي تحتاج إلى شراء.
- بيع قطع الغيار المصنعة للعملاء.
- الإشراف على مشكلات شحن قطع الغيار المطلوبة.
- إدارة أعضاء الفريق وتوزيع المهام عليهم.
- الإشراف على إجراءات الاستبدال.
- البحث عن موردين جدد يقدمون منتجات بجودة أفضل.
- حل أي تناقضات في أوامر الشراء.
- الحفاظ على علاقة قوية مع البائعين والموردين.

- Job Summary
- We are looking for a Spare parts Supervisor join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Jeddah
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- • Ensuring the inventory levels are maintained accurately
- . • Making a list of the parts that need to be purchased.
- • Selling manufactured parts to the customers.
- • Supervising the shipment issues of the parts ordered.
- •Managing the team members and delegating tasks to them. •
- Overseeing the replacements procedures. •
- Looking out for new suppliers offering better quality products.
- • Resolving any inconsistencies for all the purchase orders. •
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the vendors and suppliers. •
- Planning and creating promotional campaigns for parts on sale. •

- Preparing monthly and annual sales part reports. • Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.
- Skills & Qualifications
- • 3+ years of working experience as a parts Manager or a similar role in Sales industry. •
