Are you detail-oriented, energetic, and passionate about ensuring top-notch quality? We are looking for a Customer Service & Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our client communications and on-site quality standards-handling customer inquiries while capturing photo documentation of project handovers and product installations.

• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order status updates, and post-delivery follow-ups.
• On-Site & Product Photography: Take clear, high-quality site photos and product photos before and during client handover to document finished work and verify quality standards.
• Quality Control Audits: Perform physical and visual inspections against order checklists before final delivery or client sign-off.
• Issue Resolution: Log customer feedback or defects, report findings with photographic proof to production/operations teams, and ensure rapid resolution.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized logs of client feedback, site photo archives, and inspection reports in Microsoft Excel / CRM systems.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, retail, or operational support.
• Photography & Tech Skills: Basic photo capture skills (using smartphone or camera) to properly document site details and product finishing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic; good command of English.
• Traits: Sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a professional customer-first attitude.
