Designation - Product Genius

Location - Jeddah

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for delivering world-class customer experience by serving as the product, technology, and brand expert for vehicles. The Product Genius educates, inspires, and guides customers through the vehicle discovery journey, helping them understand product features, configure their preferred vehicle, and complete online registration and Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions. The role is focused on customer engagement, product education, digital journey conversion, and brand advocacy rather than direct sales, commercial negotiations, or contract execution.

Job Role

Serve as the primary product and technology expert for vehicles.

Maintain deep knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, technology, connectivity, safety systems, charging solutions, and ownership benefits.

Stay current on new product launches, updates, and competitive market offerings.

Deliver engaging vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and walkarounds.

Educate customers on EV technology, charging ecosystems, connected services, and vehicle performance.

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer discovery journey and Tailor presentations to customer needs and interests.

Guide customers through the online vehicle configurator and Help customers understand trims, options, accessories, and personalization choices.

Support customers in creating online accounts and completing registrations.

Educate customers on the Expression of Interest (EOI) process and encourage and support customers in completing EOI submissions online.

Ensure every customer interaction reflects a premium brand experience, and support capturing customer interactions and feedback within CRM systems.

Gather customer insights and feedback to improve products and customer journeys.

Support showroom activities, events, launches, roadshows, and customer activations.

Job Requirements:

Education

Diploma/ High School.

Experience

2 -5 years in automotive, hospitality, luxury retail, consumer technology, aviation, customer experience, or a relevant field.
