Responsible for managing and growing relationships with key fulfillment customers, ensuring

operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact

between customers and internal operations teams.

• Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Lead WBRs, MBRs and QBRs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service teams.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support account growth opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics or Account Management. Technical Knowledge Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, WMS, Last Mile Operations, E-commerce Platforms. KPIs Customer Satisfaction, SLA Achievement, Customer Retention, Account Growth, Order Fulfillment Performance and Inventory Accuracy
