تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي أول في السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة (HSE) في المنطقة الشرقية، الكورنيش، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات ومبادئ توجيهية للسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة (HSE) لضمان سلامة الموظفين والإدارات.
- إعداد تقارير الحوادث وإجراء عمليات التفتيش لضمان الامتثال في جميع مجالات HSE.
- التفاعل مع العاملين في الخدمات والعملاء والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية للبحث وتفسير المعايير واللوائح والقوانين.
- تحديد متطلبات تنظيم عمليات تدقيق المنشآت التي تديرها الشركة والإشراف عليها.
- متابعة المتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير التدقيق والتأكد من الإلمام بها.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ الأنظمة والمعايير لتسهيل جمع وتحليل إحصاءات HSE.
- حل المشكلات المعقدة بالاستناد إلى المعرفة العميقة بمجال العمل وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
- تقديم التوجيه لأعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات متقدمة في حل المشكلات وتحليل البيانات.
- معرفة معمقة بمعايير الصناعة واللوائح ذات العلاقة.
- القدرة على تطوير وتحسين العمليات والإجراءات.

Sr. Specialist, HSE
Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and department safety. Creates incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE. Interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations. Determines requisite for and organizes audits of company operated properties. Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards. Assists in development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience.
