شركة Wonderful، الشركة الناشئة الأسرع نمواً في أوروبا في مجال أنظمة تشغيل الذكاء الاصطناعي للمؤسسات، تبحث عن Deployment Strategist للعمل من مكتبها في الرياض، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستقود المؤسسات الكبرى عبر مراحل من الاكتشاف الأولي إلى التشغيل الإنتاجي، وتترجم مبادرات الذكاء الاصطناعي الطموحة إلى خطط قابلة للتنفيذ ونتائج ملموسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الانغماس بعمق مع العملاء لفهم عملياتهم وأنظمتهم، وتحديد أهم المشكلات التي يجب حلها، والعمل على مساعدتهم على النجاح.
- قيادة جلسات الاكتشاف مع المؤسسات الكبرى لفهم سير العمل والقيود ومعايير النجاح.
- تحديد النطاق ومقاييس النجاح وخطط التكامل للنماذج الأولية وعمليات الإطلاق.
- ترجمة احتياجات العملاء إلى خطط نشر واضحة لفِرق الهندسة.
- تنسيق عمليات النشر عبر فِرق المنتج والهندسة وأصحاب المصلحة من العملاء.
- تتبع التقدم المحرز، وإدارة المخاطر، وإزالة العوائق طوال فترة النشر.
- دعم عمليات الإطلاق الإنتاجي وضمان اعتماد الحلول وعملها كما هو مقصود.
- مراقبة الوكلاء الذين تم نشرهم ودفع التحسينات المتابعة بناءً على الاستخدام الفعلي.
- تحديد حالات الاستخدام الإضافية وفرص التوسع مع العملاء.
- قضاء وقت في موقع العميل، والعمل من خلال القيود الواقعية، والإجابة على الأسئلة الصعبة، وضمان تحقيق الحلول لقيمة حقيقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في أدوار تركز على النشر أو الأدوار التقنية أو الأدوار الموجهة نحو التنفيذ.
- قدرة قوية على هيكلة المشكلات الغامضة وتحويلها إلى خطط ملموسة.
- ارتياح في العمل مع مفاهيم تقنية مثل APIs و MCP وتدفقات البيانات وتكاملات الأنظمة.

What You'll Do
As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land.
Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.
This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

- Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important problems to solve, and obsess over helping them win.
- Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
- Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
- Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
- Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
- Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment.
- Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
- Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on real usage.
- Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
