نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل محلل استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات تحت إشراف قائد استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات والابتكار في ASMO. يهدف الدور إلى المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات بما يتوافق مع أهداف إدارة استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات والحوكمة، وضمان تحقيق استثمارات التقنية للقيمة المضافة داخل الإدارة وفي ASMO ككل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع مدير استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات والابتكار للمساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات في ASMO.
- المساعدة في مواءمة مبادرات تقنية المعلومات مع استراتيجية وأهداف إدارة استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات والحوكمة.
- الحفاظ على خارطة طريق تقنية تحدد التوجه التقني المستقبلي لـ ASMO تحت إشراف قائد استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات والابتكار.
- المساعدة في تحديد التقنيات الناشئة والاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.
- إجراء الأبحاث، وتحليل التكلفة والفائدة، وتقييم جدوى وتأثير التقنيات الجديدة على عمليات ASMO التجارية وقدرتها التنافسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة ومعترف بها (مطلوب).
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة ومعترف بها.
- كفاءة مثبتة في اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المجال.

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Objective
The IT Strategy Analyst focuses on contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to information technology within ASMO, under the direction of the IT Strategy & Innovation Lead. Their role is to align IT strategies with the IT Strategy & Governance department’s objectives. This position will help check that technology investments and initiatives drive value within the department and ASMO overall.

The IT Strategy Analyst focuses on contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to information technology within ASMO, under the direction of the IT Strategy & Innovation Lead. Their role is to align IT strategies with the IT Strategy & Governance department’s objectives. This position will help check that technology investments and initiatives drive value within the department and ASMO overall.
General Responsibilities
- The role holder will have knowledge of the rules, procedures and in some cases, the principles and practices within the IT Strategy discipline. They will be tasked with selectively extracting, verifying, and compiling objective and measurable data. In some instances, they may determine the course of action based on established principles and modify existing processes and methods.
- Collaborate with the IT Strategy & Innovation Manager to contribute to the development and execution of ASMO’s IT strategy.
- Help align IT initiatives with the IT Strategy & Governance department’s overall strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Maintain a technology roadmap that outlines ASMO’s future technology direction under the guidance of the IT Strategy & Innovation Lead.
- Help identify emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
- Conduct research, perform cost-benefit analyses, and assess the feasibility and impact of new technologies on ASMO’s business operations and competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
- Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
- 5 years’ experience in the same Field.
