Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, including supervising security personnel, monitoring access control, and ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures. The Security Supervisor will conduct regular inspections, manage incident reports, coordinate with operations and management teams, and support customer-facing security needs. The role also involves training staff on security protocols, responding to emergencies, and continuously improving security processes to maintain a safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security supervision.

·       Strong knowledge of security procedures, safety requirements, emergency response, and risk assessment.

·       Experience in supervising security teams and monitoring site compliance.

·       Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·       Good command of English is preferred.

·       Candidates currently residing in Riyadh are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and monitor security operations.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.

·       Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.

·       Monitor emergency preparedness and incident response procedures.

·       Investigate incidents and prepare required reports.

·       Supervise security personnel and ensure proper performance.

·       Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities when required.
