تعلن شركة TAWANTECH عن توفر وظيفة خبير مهندس منصات (Expert Platform Engineer) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تصميم وتطوير منصات تقنية قابلة للتوسع وآمنة ومرنة تمكن فرق الهندسة من تطوير ونشر وتشغيل ومراقبة التطبيقات المؤسسية والخدمات الرقمية بكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ حلول وهندسة منصات قابلة للتوسع.
- تحديد معايير هندسة المنصات والأنماط والممارسات التقنية.
- تطوير وتعزيز قدرات أتمتة البنية التحتية والبنية التحتية كرمز (IaC).
- تصميم وتحسين منصات CI/CD وخطوط النشر وأدوات المطورين.
- قيادة ممارسات الحاويات والتنسيق والسحابة والأتمتة.
- ضمان أمان المنصة ومرونتها وتوفرها وقابليتها للتوسع وأدائها.
- قيادة الحلول التقنية للمشكلات المعقدة في المنصة والبنية التحتية.
- تطوير قدرات الخدمة الذاتية للمنصة لتحسين إنتاجية المطورين.
- تقييم تقنيات المنصة والتوصية بتحسينات وفرص التحديث.
- تقديم إرشادات تقنية متقدمة وإرشاد للمهندسين.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة المعمارية والأمن السيبراني والسحابة وSRE وهندسة التطبيقات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 8+ سنوات في هندسة المنصات أو DevOps أو SRE أو البنية التحتية السحابية.
- خبرة عملية متقدمة في Kubernetes وAWS Cloud في بيئات الإنتاج.
- خبرة قوية في البنية التحتية كرمز (Terraform) وأتمتة CI/CD.
- معرفة قوية في Linux والشبكات والأمان وهندسة السحابة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم ودعم منصات عالية التوفر وقابلة للتوسع ومرنة.
- خبرة قوية في المراقبة والملاحظة وإدارة الحوادث واستكشاف الأخطاء في الإنتاج.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة في بيئات البنوك أو التكنولوجيا المالية أو الدفع الإلكتروني.
- فهم جيد لمتطلبات PCI-DSS والأمان والامتثال.

To design and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms that enable engineering teams to efficiently develop, deploy, operate, and monitor enterprise applications and digital services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable platform architecture and engineering solutions.
- Define platform engineering standards, patterns, and technical practices.
- Develop and enhance infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.
- Design and optimize CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
- Drive containerization, orchestration, cloud, and platform automation practices.
- Ensure platform security, resilience, availability, scalability, and performance.
- Lead technical resolution of complex platform and infrastructure issues.
- Develop self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity.
- Evaluate platform technologies and recommend improvements and modernization opportunities.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
- Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, SRE, and application engineering teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Expert hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS Cloud in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD automation.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, security, and cloud architecture.
- Proven experience designing and supporting highly available, scalable, and resilient platforms.
- Strong experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of PCI-DSS and security/compliance requirements.
