تعلن شركة TAWANTECH عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمطور React Native في الرياض، السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق التقنية لدعم حلول الخدمات المصرفية والمالية الرقمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وتحسين وصيانة تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول عالية الأداء عبر المنصات باستخدام React Native.
- التكامل مع الخدمات المصرفية مثل: معلومات الحساب، تسجيل العملاء، المصادقة والترخيص، تحويل الأموال، المدفوعات، إدارة المستفيدين، سجل المعاملات، البطاقات وخدمات البطاقات، الإشعارات، والخدمات المصرفية الرقمية.
- التعامل مع المعلومات المالية والحساسة للعملاء وفق متطلبات الأمان والامتثال المصرفي.
- العمل مع طبقات التكامل المؤسسي، بوابات API، الوسيطة، والخدمات الخلفية عند الاقتضاء.
- تطبيق ممارسات تطوير التطبيقات المحمولة الآمنة المناسبة للبيئات المصرفية، بما في ذلك آليات المصادقة والترخيص الآمنة مثل OAuth 2.0 وOpenID Connect وJWT وMFA والمصادقة البيومترية.
- حماية البيانات الحساسة أثناء النقل والتخزين، وتنفيذ آليات التخزين الآمن للبيانات السرية والرموز والمعلومات الحساسة.
- اتباع أفضل ممارسات أمان الهواتف المحمولة ومعايير الأمان التنظيمية، والعمل مع فرق الأمن لمعالجة الثغرات.
- تطبيق ممارسات البرمجة الآمنة والحماية من الثغرات الشائعة في تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول وAPI.
- دعم تنفيذ ربط الشهادات/المفاتيح العامة ووسائل التحكم الأخرى في أمان الهواتف المحمولة عند الحاجة.
- استهلاك وتكامل REST APIs والخدمات القائمة على JSON، ومعالجة مصادقة API والترخيص ومعالجة الأخطاء والمهلات وإعادة المحاولة والتحقق من الاستجابات.
- التعاون مع مطوري الواجهة الخلفية وفرق API والمهندسين المعماريين ومحللي الأعمال لحل مشكلات التكامل.
- استكشاف أخطاء API والإخفاقات التكاملية عبر بيئات التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج.
- العمل مع العمليات غير المتزامنة وآليات الاتصال في الوقت الفعلي عند الحاجة.
- تحليل وتحسين أداء التطبيق والاستجابة واستخدام الذاكرة ووقت بدء التشغيل، وتحديد وحل اختناقات الأداء في كود React Native وJavaScript/TypeScript.
- تحسين التصيير وإدارة الحالة واستدعاءات API والرسوم المتحركة ومجموعات البيانات الكبيرة.
- مراقبة واستكشاف الأعطال والتجميد وتسربات الذاكرة ومشكلات الأداء الأخرى، وضمان تجربة متسقة عبر أنواع الأجهزة المختلفة وإصدارات نظام التشغيل.
- فهم منصات Android وiOS الأساسية وتفاعلها مع React Native، واستكشاف مشكلات البناء والتشغيل الأصلية وإصلاحها.
- العمل مع Android Studio وGradle وXcode وCocoaPods والتبعيات الأصلية، وتطوير أو صيانة الوحدات الأصلية عند الحاجة.
- فهم مفاهيم Kotlin/Java وSwift/Objective-C الأساسية بما يكفي لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتكامل الوظائف الأصلية.
- كتابة وصيانة اختبارات الوحدة والتكامل والمكونات باستخدام إطارات مثل Jest وReact Native Testing Library وDetox أو أدوات مكافئة.
- التعاون مع فرق ضمان الجودة لحل العيوب وتحسين جودة التطبيق، والمشاركة في الاختبارات الوظيفية والانحدارية والتكاملية والأداء والأمنية.
- ضمان جودة عالية للكود من خلال مراجعات الأقران والاختبار الآلي والتكامل المستمر.
- العمل مع خطوط CI/CD لبناء واختبار ونشر تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول تلقائياً، ودعم إصدارات التطبيقات عبر Google Play Console وApple App Store/TestFlight.
- العمل مع أدوات مثل Git وGitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket وJenkins وAzure DevOps وGitHub Actions وFastlane أو تقنيات مكافئة، وإدارة تكوينات البيئة المختلفة.
- دعم إدارة الإصدارات والترقيع والاسترجاع وأنشطة النشر في الإنتاج.
- التحقيق في الحوادث الإنتاجية التي تؤثر على تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول المصرفية وحلها، وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الدائمة.
- مراقبة أعطال التطبيق وأخطاء API وفشل الاستدعاءات ومشكلات الأداء، والمشاركة في أنشطة الاستعداد للحوادث أو إدارتها عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات/تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير React Native بشكل احترافي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قوي لتطوير React Native.
- إتقان عالٍ في JavaScript وTypeScript.
- فهم قوي لبنية React.js وReact Native.
- خبرة عملية مع Redux / Redux Toolkit أو حلول إدارة الحالة المكافئة.

- Work with asynchronous operations and real-time communication mechanisms where required
- Analyze and improve application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript code
- Optimize rendering, state management, API calls, animations, and large data sets
- Monitor and troubleshoot crashes, ANRs, memory leaks, and other mobile performance issues
- Ensure applications provide a consistent experience across different device types and operating-system versions
- Understand the underlying Android and iOS platforms and their interaction with React Native
- Troubleshoot native build and runtime issues

- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
- Monitor application crashes, errors,API failures, and performance issues
- Participate in on-call or incident-management activities when required
- Work closely with infrastructure, backend, security, DevOps, and support teams to resolve critical incidents
- Strong professional experience in React Native development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of React.js and React Native architecture
- Hands-on experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management solutions

- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux/Redux Toolkit, REST APIs, and mobile application architecture
- Experience working on banking, fintech, payments, digital banking, or financial services projects is highly preferred
- Experience working in enterprise and highly regulated environments is an advantage
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Backend, QA, DevOps, Security, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects
