Job Title:

• Real Estate Leasing Specialist

We are looking for a Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate leasing, tenant relations, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and lease available properties and units to potential tenants.
• Attract new tenants and follow up with prospective clients throughout the leasing process.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on lease agreements and renewals.
• Monitor vacant units and contribute to improving occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
• Prepare periodic reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and available opportunities.
• Monitor real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitors.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to complete leasing procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
