• Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Prepare and implement Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, Method Statements, and HSE Plans.
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks and safety briefings for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, safe working procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare appropriate reports.
• Maintain and update HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and safety statistics.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, tools, scaffolding, lifting activities, and access areas.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, client requirements, and project HSE standards.
• Coordinate with project management, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors regarding safety matters.
• Provide safety awareness and training to employees and site personnel.
• Monitor emergency preparedness and participate in emergency drills.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up on safety observations and ensure corrective actions are properly closed.
• Support the project team during client and regulatory HSE inspections and audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture and zero-incident mindset across the project.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer .
• Experience in construction, civil, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is preferred/required.
• IOSH / OSHA certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, JSA/JHA, PTW, toolbox talks, and incident investigation.
• Good knowledge of Saudi HSE requirements and construction safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under siteproject conditions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HSE documentation.
• Valid Saudi Iqama work authorization is preferred.
