شركة الفنار تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس التحكم في التكاليف (Engineer Cost Control) في الرياض، السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى مراقبة وتحليل والتحكم في تكاليف المشاريع طوال دورة حياتها لضمان التسليم ضمن الميزانية المعتمدة، مع توفير توقعات دقيقة للتكاليف وتقارير مالية وتحليل الانحرافات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد وصيانة جداول التحكم في تكاليف المشروع وأكواد التكاليف وسجلات تتبع الميزانية.
  • مراقبة الالتزامات والتكاليف الفعلية والاستحقاقات والتكاليف المتوقعة مقابل الميزانية المعتمدة.
  • تحديد انحرافات التكاليف وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتقديم التوصيات التصحيحية لإدارة المشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير التكاليف الدورية وتحديثات التدفق النقدي وتوقعات التكلفة حتى الاكتمال ولوحات تقدير الاكتمال.
  • دعم المراجعات الشهرية لأداء المشروع من خلال عرض حالة الميزانية والمخاطر وفرص التوفير واتجاهات التكاليف.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التخطيط لمواءمة توقعات التكاليف مع جدول المشروع وبيانات التقدم.
  • تتبع التزامات المقاولين من الباطن والموردين والفواتير وشهادات الدفع وتأثير التغييرات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والعقود والكميات والمالية للتحقق من تخصيص التكاليف وحالة الدفع.
  • دعم تقييم أوامر التغيير والمطالبات وتأثيرات التكاليف قبل الموافقة.
  • اكتساب المهارات التقنية والناعمة المحدثة المتعلقة بالوظيفة ووضع رؤية وخطط للمسار الوظيفي.
  • أداء الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل والتطوير وفق جداول التسليم واستخدام الموارد بكفاءة.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة عن الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل المشكلات ذات الصلة ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير رقابة فعالة وعمليات تشمل المواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن مجال العمل لضمان السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات، أو من 2 إلى 5 سنوات.

Job Purpose

Monitor, analyze, and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery within approved budgets. Provide accurate cost forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis, while supporting project management in making informed decisions. coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, QS, and finance teams to optimize cost performance, manage risks, and maintain effective budget control.

Functional Responsibilities

Budget Control & Cost Monitoring 

• Prepare, maintain, and update project cost control sheets, cost codes, and budget tracking registers. 

• Monitor commitments, actual costs, accruals, and forecasted costs against the approved project budget. 

• Identify cost variances, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to project management. 

Forecasting & Reporting 

• Prepare periodic cost reports, cash-flow updates, cost-to-complete forecasts, and estimate-at-completion dashboards. 

• Support monthly project performance reviews by presenting budget status, risks, savings opportunities, and cost trends. 

• Coordinate with planning teams to align cost forecasts with the project schedule and progress data. 

Subcontracts, Procurement & Payments 

• Track subcontractor and supplier commitments, invoices, payment certificates, and change impacts. 

• Coordinate with procurement, contracts, QS, and finance teams to verify cost allocation and payment status. 

• Support evaluation of variation orders, claims, and cost impacts before approval.

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

    • Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

    Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Any relevant field
