شركة Honeywell Technologies تعلن عن توفر وظيفة 'أخصائي مراقبة البرامج II' (للسعوديين فقط) في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المرشح على دعم وإدارة أنشطة مراقبة المشاريع مع التركيز على التحكم في التكاليف، مراقبة الجدول الزمني، التنبؤ، إعداد التقارير، تحديد المخاطر، وتحليل التباين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة ومراقبة تقديرات تكاليف المشروع والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية وتقارير الأداء.
- دعم إعداد وصيانة خطوط الأساس للمشروع والجداول الزمنية وخطط التكاليف وأنظمة قياس التقدم.
- تتبع أداء المشروع مقابل خطوط الأساس المعتمدة بما في ذلك التكلفة والجدول الزمني والتقدم والمخاطر والتباينات الرئيسية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة المشروع ولوحات المعلومات لمراجعة الإدارة.
- تحليل التباينات في التكاليف والجداول الزمنية والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المالية لضمان دقة الميزانيات والتقديرات والاستحقاقات والتقارير المالية.
- دعم تحليل التدفق النقدي وتحليل التكلفة حتى الاكتمال.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير باستخدام Microsoft Excel وPower BI وPrimavera P6 وSAP وأدوات مراقبة المشاريع الأخرى.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع والتأخيرات وتأثيرات التكلفة ودعم تخطيط التخفيف.
- دعم عمليات مراقبة التغيير بما في ذلك تقييم تأثيرات التكلفة والجدول الزمني.
- الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق دقيقة للمشروع لأغراض التدقيق والحوكمة، وضمان امتثال أنشطة مراقبة المشروع للسياسات الداخلية ومتطلبات العميل والمعايير التنظيمية، وتعزيز أفضل الممارسات في مراقبة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
المؤهلات الأساسية: • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل) أو المالية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو التخصصات ذات الصلة. • خبرة من 5 إلى 6 سنوات في مراقبة المشاريع أو التحكم في التكاليف أو التخطيط أو الجدولة أو إدارة أداء المشاريع. • معرفة قوية بتقدير التكاليف والجدول الزمني وتحليل التباين وإعداد تقارير المشاريع. • خبرة عملية في Primavera P6 وSAP. • إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Microsoft Excel. • خبرة في Power BI أو أدوات لوحات المعلومات والتقارير المماثلة. • فهم جيد لمبادئ المالية والمحاسبة المتعلقة بإدارة المشاريع. • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات وإعداد التقارير. • مهارات جيدة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً. • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومتعددة المشاريع. • اهتمام عالي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بدقة البيانات. المؤهلات المفضلة: • شهادة PMP أو PMI-SP أو RMP أو CCP أو PSP أو ما يعادلها. • خبرة في بيئات المشاريع متعددة الجنسيات أو الإقليمية. • معرفة بإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (Earned Value Management) ومنحنيات S والجداول الزمنية المحملة بالتكاليف ومؤشرات أداء المشروع. • خبرة في دعم مشاريع الهندسة أو الإنشاءات أو البنية التحتية أو الطاقة أو التكنولوجيا أو مراكز البيانات.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems.
- Track project performance against approved baselines, including cost, schedule, progress, risks, and key variances.
- Prepare periodic project status reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Support cash flow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
- Prepare and deliver reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP, and other project controls tools.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost impacts, and support mitigation planning.
- Support change control processes, including assessment of cost and schedule impacts.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation for audit and governance purposes.
- Ensure project control activities comply with internal policies, client requirements, and organizational standards.
- Promote project controls best practices across assigned projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Finance, Construction Management, or related disciplines may also be considered.
- 5-6 years of experience in project controls, cost control, planning, scheduling, or project performance management.
- Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and project reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting principles related to project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- PMP, PMI-SP, RMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in multinational or regional project environments.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management, S-curves, cost-loaded schedules, and project performance KPIs.
- Experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, technology, or data center projects.
