Junior Business Development Associate

At Mnzil, we're redefining workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, and our Business Development team is at the heart of that growth. We're looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to take the first step in building long-term client relationships and supporting our expanding pipeline.

As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will assist with lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline coordination, working closely with the BD team to learn the ropes and grow into a key contributor to Mnzil's partnerships.

🔑 What You'll Own

• Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads through research and outreach
• Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials
• Track pipeline status and support progress reporting to the BD team

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
