تعلن شركة Canon EMEA عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مقيم (للسعوديين فقط) في مدينة الرياض. تأتي هذه الفرصة ضمن فريق Canon الذي يمتد لأكثر من 85 عاماً من الريادة في التصوير والابتكار، ويمتلك مكاتب إقليمية في الإمارات والسعودية وقطر منذ أكثر من 25 عاماً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني من المستوى الأول واستكشاف الأخطاء (تحليل جذور المشكلات) لمعظم المنتجات المستقلة والمتصلة ضمن محفظة المنتجات.
- تحقيق نسبة إصلاح عالية من أول مرة وتقليل الزيارات المتكررة مع الاستخدام الأكثر كفاءة من حيث التكلفة لوقت العمل وقطع الغيار.
- الإبلاغ عن استثمار الوقت وقطع الغيار وقراءات العداد باستخدام هيكل الترميز CAESAR (Canon European Service Admin Coding).
- تحسين مخزون قطع الغيار ودورانها مع الموازنة بين ذلك وزيارات إعادة التجهيز.
- الإشارة إلى الفرص التجارية لإدارة المبيعات والتسويق باستخدام ميزة 'Onsite-Insight'.
- المساهمة في التطوير المستمر للفريق والأداء العام للخدمة.
- فهم متطلبات العملاء بشكل كامل لدعم النهج الوظيفي لاستراتيجية حلول الأعمال.
- التواصل مع مدير الحساب المعني وإبلاغه بمشكلات العملاء.
- تحديد المستخدمين المتميزين وتقديم التدريب المناسب على منتجات Canon المثبتة والبرامج ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك برامج تشغيل الطابعات والميزات.
- البحث عن فرص لتطوير مجالات أخرى من أعمال العميل والتنسيق مع مدير الحساب وفقاً لذلك.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو دبلوم في (الإلكترونيات، الميكانيكا، البرمجيات).
- خبرة ذات صلة في صناعة الخدمات.
- خبرة في فهم واتباع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.

- To provide first line trouble shooting (root cause of problems) on the vast majority of standalone and connected Products within their portfolio.
- To achieve a high first-time fix rate and minimum recalls with the most cost-effective use of labor time and parts.
- Report about labor and parts investment, counter-reading by using CAESAR (Canon European Service Admin Coding) coding structure.
- Optimize the stock inventory and rotation and balance this against return to fit (RTF) visits.
- Signal commercial opportunities to the sales and Marketing department by using ‘Onsite-Insight’.
- Make contributions to the ongoing development of the team and overall service performance.
- Fully understand the customer requirements to support the functional approach of the Solution Business Strategy.
- Liaise and report back to relevant account manager on customer issues.
- Identify super-users and provide appropriate training on Canon products installed and software as appropriate, including printer drivers and features.
- Look for opportunities to develop other areas of the clients business and liaise with the account manager accordingly.

- University Degree or Diploma (electronics, mechanics and software)
- Relevant experience in the service industry
