نبذة عن الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن محترف متحمس وموجه نحو التفاصيل للمساهمة في مراجعة وتقييم وإدارة المطالبات المتعلقة بالبناء في مشاريع البنية التحتية والمباني. يشمل الدور تحليل تقديمات المقاولين المتعلقة بتمديد الوقت (EOT)، والتغييرات (Variations)، ومطالبات التكاليف، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية، والحفاظ على سجلات وتقارير دقيقة. سيعمل المرشح عن كثب مع فرق المشروع والاستشاريين والمقاولين لتحديد المخاطر ومراجعة وثائق المطالبات ودعم إعداد الردود والتوصيات. هذه الوظيفة مثالية للمحترفين ذوي الخبرة القوية في العقود أو الوظائف التجارية أو المطالبات الذين يتطلعون إلى تطوير مهاراتهم في تقييم المطالبات ضمن بيئة مشروع منظمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وتحليل مطالبات المقاولين بما في ذلك تمديد الوقت (EOT)، والتغييرات (Variations)، ومطالبات التكاليف.
  • المساعدة في تقييم الاستحقاق ودعم الوثائق لتقديمات المطالبات.
  • ضمان امتثال المطالبات لشروط العقد وأحكامه ومتطلبات الإخطار (FIDIC أو ما شابه).
  • الحفاظ على سجلات المطالبات وسجلاتها وأنظمة التتبع وتحديثها.
  • إعداد تقارير ملخصة عن حالة المطالبات والتأخيرات والتأثير المالي.
  • دعم تطوير الردود على مطالبات المقاولين والمراسلات.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين في المشروع.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات المطالبات والتقدم وتقديم المدخلات بشأن القضايا.
  • تحديد المخاطر والتناقضات والثغرات في تقديمات المطالبات.
  • دعم أعضاء الفريق الأقدم في أنشطة التفاوض وتجنب النزاعات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو المساحة الكمية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 12 عامًا في مشاريع البناء مع التعامل مع العقود أو المطالبات.
  • خبرة أساسية في التعامل مع تمديد الوقت (EOT)، والتغييرات (Variations)، أو وثائق المطالبات.
  • فهم أطر العقود مثل FIDIC أو ما شابه ذلك.
  • خبرة في العمل على مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المباني في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (GCC) (يفضل).
  • القدرة على مراجعة وتفسير وثائق المطالبات والبنود التعاقدية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة.
  • الطلاقة في اللغة العربية (محادثة وكتابة) مع إجادة مهنية للغة الإنجليزية.
  • الإلمام بإعداد التقارير عن المشاريع والتوثيق والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Specialist to support the review, assessment, and management of construction-related claims on infrastructure and building projects. The role involves analyzing contractor submissions related to extension of time (EOT), variations, and cost claims, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to identify risks, review claim documentation, and support the preparation of responses and recommendations. This position is ideal for professionals with solid experience in contracts, commercial functions, or claims who are looking to further develop their skills in claims evaluation within a structured project environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze contractor claims including EOT, variations, and cost claims
  • Assist in evaluating entitlement and supporting documentation for claims submissions
  • Ensure claims comply with contract terms, conditions, and notice requirements (FIDIC or similar)
  • Maintain and update claims registers, logs, and tracking systems
  • Prepare summary reports on claims status, delays, and financial impact
  • Support development of responses to contractor claims and correspondence
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project stakeholders
  • Participate in claims and progress meetings and provide inputs on issues
  • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and gaps in claim submissions
  • Support senior team members in negotiation and dispute avoidance activities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 5-12 years of experience in construction projects with exposure to contracts or claims
  • Basic experience in handling EOT, variations, or claims documentation
  • Understanding of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
  • Experience working on infrastructure or building projects in GCC preferred
  • Ability to review and interpret claims documents and contractual clauses
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) with professional English skills
  • Familiarity with project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
