Equipment Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Equipment Excellence Specialist to lead maintenance excellence initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our workshops and project sites. The role is responsible for improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance performance, reducing downtime, and ensuring the implementation of best-in-class maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to workshops and project sites to evaluate maintenance quality and equipment readiness.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) performance and breakdown response effectiveness.
• Analyze maintenance and reliability data to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance excellence strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Lead initiatives focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with PMS and Repair & Maintenance teams to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Develop, review, and improve maintenance policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and safety awareness.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 06 years of experience in maintenance, asset management, or reliability engineering.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in maintenance excellence, reliability improvement, or continuous improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability engineering principles, and equipment performance management.
• Proven experience in driving operational improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
