To support daily production operations of asphalt plants, crushers, and related facilities according to production plans, ensuring proper use of equipment, meeting production targets, maintaining quality, and following HSE standards.

9. Principal Accountabilities

Production Operations Support & Coordination

1.

Support execution of daily asphalt, crusher, and concrete plant operations as per approved plans and schedules.

2.

Monitor plant performance, material consumption, and production data through routine checks to help maintain efficiency.

3.

Coordinate production schedules with Production Manager and Mining Engineer to support smooth workflow and material availability.

4.

Assist in coordinating maintenance activities during breakdowns and shutdowns to help reduce downtime.

5.

Support product quality by following process parameters and coordinating with the quality team.

6.

Prepare and submit daily and shift production reports using available production data.

7.

Support plant operators and helpers during shift operations to maintain workflow.

Other Duties

•

Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.

•

Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.

•

Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
