المهام والمسؤوليات
- الشراكة مع قادة الأعمال والمديرين لتقديم حلول فعالة للموارد البشرية تتوافق مع أهداف العمل.
- تقديم الإرشاد في علاقات الموظفين، وإدارة الأداء، وتخطيط القوى العاملة، والتطوير التنظيمي.
- دعم مبادرات إدارة المواهب، وتخطيط التعاقب، ومشاركة الموظفين.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية ومسائل التوظيف بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الشركة والقانون.
- تحليل بيانات واتجاهات الموارد البشرية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية المستنيرة.
- التعاون مع وظائف الموارد البشرية المتخصصة لتقديم حلول فعالة للموارد البشرية.
- دعم التغيير التنظيمي ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور People Business Partner أو دور مشابه في الموارد البشرية.
- معرفة قوية بعلاقات الموظفين، وإدارة الأداء، وممارسات الموارد البشرية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، والتواصل، وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع المديرين وقادة الأعمال التنفيذيين.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and managers to provide effective people and HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide advice on HR policies, processes, and employment matters in line with company and legal requirements.
- Analyze people data and trends to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with specialist HR functions to deliver effective people solutions.
- Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in a People Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with managers and senior business leaders.
