Worley، شركة خدمات مهنية عالمية في مجالات الطاقة والكيماويات والموارد، تعلن عن وظيفة رئيس إقليمي لسلسلة التوريد لمنطقة EMEA (أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يعمل هذا الدور بدوام كامل ويدعم المنطقة بشكل إقليمي مع مرونة في مكان العمل داخل المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز أسلوب إداري تشاركي وروح الفريق التعاوني لدعم ثقافة الابتكار والاستدامة.
- استيعاب المعلومات من مصادر متعددة لاستخلاص الحلول والإجابة عن الأسئلة، والاستفادة من الخبرات السابقة لدعم التحول المستدام.
- توجيه تطوير جميع أنشطة سلسلة التوريد الإقليمية، الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية منها.
- امتلاك كامل سلسلة التوريد الإقليمية من البداية إلى النهاية.
- تقييم المخاطر ووضع استراتيجيات تخفيف مخاطر سلسلة التوريد.
- تجميع الطلب الإقليمي والتعاون مع الفريق العالمي لتعظيم وفورات الحجم في المصادر.
- ضمان التزام أداء الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن بالمتطلبات التعاقدية عبر إدارة علاقات الموردين.
- التخطيط والتنفيذ الناجح لنطاقات العمل المشتركة عبر مواقع التسليم المتكاملة العالمية (GID) لشركة Worley.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في تقديم المشاريع الكاملة ضمن بيئة EPC (الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء).
- خبرة قوية في مشتريات المشاريع الرأسمالية، والعقود من الباطن، واللوجستيات، والإسراع، وتفتيش الموردين، وإدارة المواد.
- سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في سلسلة التوريد للمشاريع الرأسمالية ضمن بيئة تقديم مشاريع EPC كاملة.
- معرفة سليمة بإدارة المشاريع الرأسمالية، والاستراتيجيات التجارية وعروض الأسعار، وإدارة المواد، والعمليات الدولية، وإدارة المخاطر، والإغلاق، ومراجعات أداء الموردين.

Responsibilities

- Directs the development of all regional supply chain activities, both strategic and operational.
- Ownership of the full regional end-to-end supply chain.
- Evaluates risk and creates supply chain risk mitigation strategies.
- Aggregating regional demand, and proactively collaborating with the global team to maximize sourcing economies of scale.
- Making sure that vendor and subcontractor performance meets contractual requirements by managing supplier relationships.
- Global Alignment and Consistency
- Planning and executing successful workshare scopes through the Worley Global Integrated Delivery (GID) location(s).
- Ensuring the regional operations are working in alignment with the global supply chain strategies.

- Relevant years of experience of capital projects supply chain experience in an EPC, full project delivery environment.

- Sound knowledge of capital project management, commercial and bidding strategies, material management, international operations, risk management, closeout, and supplier performance reviews.

- In depth knowledge of contractors and suppliers that support the EPC project delivery industry.
