Role Description:

The Social Media Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for managing clients’ social media accounts, including planning and scheduling content, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. The Social Media Account Manager will coordinate with internal creative, content, and strategy teams to develop and execute social media campaigns, respond to audience interactions, and optimize content based on data and trends. Daily tasks include preparing performance reports, maintaining client communication, and staying up to date with platform updates and best practices to enhance results.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies, including content planning, creating, posting and community management.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and use insights to optimize campaigns.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn) and knowledge of current social media trends.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and campaign calendars.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment, ideally in the Middle East region, is an advantage.
