Job Responsibilites

1. Business Monitoring and Goal Management: Responsible for building and maintaining the core KPI system on the user side, constructing and continuously optimizing the weekly/monthly operational monitoring framework, and tracking the progress of business goal achievement.
2. Strategic Research and Insight: Utilize data analysis, user research, and market research methods to conduct in-depth research on key business issues and output clear strategic recommendations.
3. Operational Strategy Support: Collaborate closely with the operations team to participate in the design, analysis, and evaluation of user-side subsidies, activities, traffic, and other strategies, and promote A/B testing and iterative optimization.
4. Data Product Management: Coordinate internal data product requirements (dashboards, data retrieval, user tags, etc.), coordinate with product and technology teams, and ensure the stable delivery of high-quality data infrastructure.
5. Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to assist daily work, improve output efficiency and quality, and proactively explore best practices for AI application in this role.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food delivery (tech industry), ecommerce consulting industries, with a background in operations, data science, or business analytics.
2. Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to present work results clearly and effectively.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive in driving cross-departmental alignment.
4. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle fast-paced, highly uncertain environments with confidence.
5. Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools; experience in Kanban board building or data visualization is preferred.
6. Strong English communication skills.
7. Passionate about gaining a deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, local culture, and market dynamics.
