About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing healthcare data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and clinical partners, to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and relevance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a solid understanding of healthcare systems, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare data analysis or a similar role, with a strong understanding of healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to healthcare services, patient outcomes, and provider performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and marketing teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data collection and analysis processes to enhance data quality and efficiency.
