تعلن شركة القدية للاستثمار (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير الحوكمة لعمليات المدينة (Governance Director - City Operations) بمستوى (DEL 5) في مدينة الرياض. سيتولى المرشح الناجح قيادة أطر وممارسات الحوكمة عبر محفظة عمليات المدينة، وضمان الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر بما يتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقدية لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي والتنمية الحضرية عالمية المستوى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيادة الشاملة للحوكمة التشغيلية والتأكد من توافقها مع سياسات وعمليات الشركة عبر المدينة
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم وضمان الامتثال للجان المختلفة وتسهيل عملية اتخاذ القرار عبر منصات الاعتماد
- الحفاظ على وثائق الحوكمة الرئيسية ومراجعتها وتحديثها لضمان اتخاذ قرارات فعالة ومسؤولة
- تقديم الدعم الاستشاري بشأن أفضل ممارسات الحوكمة وإدارة التغيير
- امتلاك قواعد وسياسات الحوكمة التشغيلية والإشراف عليها
- قيادة فريق عالي الأداء وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والنزاهة والتحسين المستمر

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في المالية أو القانون أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في مجال حوكمة الشركات أو الاستراتيجية أو الامتثال، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة تشغيلية
- فهم قوي لمبادئ حوكمة الشركات والمعايير التنظيمية والضوابط المؤسسية
- مهارات التواصل الفعال والقدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة
- مهارات قيادية متميزة مع القدرة على استخلاص الرؤى الرئيسية وتفسير العمليات المعقدة وعرضها بشكل موجز
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات ومع أصحاب المصلحة ذوي المستوى العالي (يُفضل خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Governance Director for City Operations to lead and oversee governance frameworks and practices across the city operations portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust governance, compliance, and risk management in alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives to deliver world-class urban development and operational excellence.
This leadership role requires strong expertise in governance within large-scale city or infrastructure operations, driving transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout all levels of city functions. The Governance Director will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to foster a culture of best-in-class governance that supports operational efficiency and stakeholder confidence.

The Governance Director will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to foster a culture of best-in-class governance that supports operational efficiency and stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of the operational governance and alignment with QIC policies and processes across the City
- Provides guidance, support and ensures compliance with committees and facilitates decision-making through approval forums
- Maintain, review and update key governance documents to ensure efficient and accountable decision making
- Provide advisory support on governance best practices and change management
- Ownership of the operational governance rules and policies
- Lead a high performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, integrity and continuous improvement
- Other tasks and ad-hoc requirements as assigned by the line manager
- A Masters's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience Corporate Governance, Strategy or Compliance, preferably in a operational environment
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, regulatory standards, and organizational controls
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to distill key insights, interpret complex processes and present in a concise manner
- Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders. (ideally with Middle east experience)
