Job Summary:

Compensation Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing payroll elements and evaluating the organization’s rewards portfolio. This role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and Budget regulatory compliance across salary structures, health/welfare benefits, and incentive programs. Furthermore, handling Audits & related Practices with enhanced financial Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Payroll Generation & Maintenance according to policy.
2. Leading Annual Internal and External Audits.
3. End of service calculations & Payments.
4. Employee Database & Employee files.
5. Annual & Probationary Performance appraisal.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources / Accounting (or) Bachelor’s in accounting.
• At least two years of experience.
• English language skills is a must.
• Saudi nationality only.
