تعلن شركة FLSmidth عن توفر وظيفة مهندس خدمات ميدانية ميكانيكية (Field Service Engineer) للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية - الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تقديم خدمات ميدانية لما بعد البيع لمعدات FLSmidth الأساسية والمعدات المماثلة من الشركات الأخرى المتعلقة بعمليات التعدين الهيدروميتالورجية والبيروميتالورجية (الأفران الدوارة، المبردات، المجففات).
- الإشراف على التركيبات الميكانيكية الميدانية للمنتجات الأساسية المتعلقة بعمليات البيروميتالورجية في صناعة التعدين.
- تشمل قائمة المعدات: المُثخن، التعويم، مكبس الترشيح الأوتوماتيكي، مرشح الحزام الأفقي، الفرن الدوار (ثنائي وثلاثي ورباعي الدعامات)، المجفف، المُحبب، المبرد، الطلاء (جميع أنواع الأسطوانات الدوارة).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة وإجراء الفحص الطبي والتدريب على السلامة حسب متطلبات الموقع.
- إجراء فحص السلامة وفهم ظروف الموقع قبل بدء الأنشطة الميدانية.
- التنسيق مع العميل/الموقع للحصول على تصريح الدخول وتصريح العمل.
- فهم نطاق العمل وجدول الأنشطة المخطط لها ومتطلبات القوى العاملة والأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لتنفيذ أعمال الإيقاف أو التركيبات الجديدة.
- ضمان تنفيذ المهام المسندة وفقًا لأدلة التعليمات والرسومات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- الإشراف المباشر أو المشترك على الأعمال الميدانية التي ينفذها المقاولون الميكانيكيون.
- إعداد التقارير وبروتوكولات التشغيل (بدون حمل وتحت الحمل) وتقارير التشغيل واختبارات الأداء.
- التنسيق مع العميل والاستشاري والإدارات المختلفة داخل FLSmidth لضمان تنفيذ آمن وسليم في الموقع.
- مرافقة مدراء الخدمات ذوي الخبرة لدعمهم في أنشطة الموقع.
- العمل لساعات إضافية في الموقع عند الحاجة لتلبية متطلبات العمل.
- إعداد محاضر اجتماعات توثق جميع الأنشطة المنفذة في الموقع والحصول على توقيع العميل.
- التعاون مع فرق إدارة دورة حياة المنتج لحل أي مشكلات متعلقة بالمنتجات في الموقع.
- التعاون مع العميل وتحديد فرص الأعمال المحتملة وتوليد العملاء المحتملين لأعمال ما بعد البيع.
- دعم جميع أنشطة خدمات الأعمال أثناء التواجد في المكتب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 إلى 10 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- مهارات شخصية جيدة / انضباط / طموح.
- القدرة على التأثير وتحديد الاتجاهات.
- الابتكار وسرعة اتخاذ القرار.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم أدلة التشغيل والصيانة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة قوية بفهم الرسومات الهندسية وتفسيرها.
- معرفة أساسية بتقنيات التركيب مثل طرق الرفع الآمن والاستخدام الأمثل للأدوات والمعدات.
- معرفة أساسية بالتركيب والتشغيل وتخطيط الأنشطة وفهم جداول التركيب.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- إجادة استخدام برنامج Microsoft Projects.
- الاستعداد للسفر بشكل مكثف في جميع أنحاء دول الشرق الأوسط (ما يقرب من 200-250 يومًا في السنة).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.

Mechanical Site Service Engineer for handling
- Aftermarket site services of FLSmidth Core equipment* & Similar Non-FLSmidth equipment related to Hydromet & Pyromet - Rotary kiln/Cooler, Dryer in Mining industry
- Mechanical site installation of Core Products related to Pyromet in Mining industry.
- Thickener
- Flotation
- Automatic Filter Press
- Horizontal Belt Filter
- Kiln (2 support, 3 support Kiln, 4 support Kiln)
- Dryer
- Granulator
- Cooler
- Coater (All types of rotary drums)
- Adhere to Safety Protocols
- Undergo safety induction & medical test, as applicable for specific site
- Follow Safety standards/practices of FLSmidth & Client at site
- Conduct a safety inspection & understand about site prior to start of site activities.
- Co-ordinate with client / site to get gate pass to access plant premises & permit to work.
- Understand the scope of work, schedule of activities planned, requirement of manpower, tools & tackles for carrying out any shutdown activities / new installation.
- Ensure that the assigned jobs are done in accordance with Instruction Manuals/Drawings/SOPs.
- Independently/jointly supervise site jobs carried out by mechanical contractors
- Preparation of Reports and Protocols - No load and Load trial Protocols, Commissioning Reports, Performance test Reports
- Coordination with Customer, Consultant and Various functions of FLSmidth for safe & proper site execution
- Accompany experienced service managers to support them on site activities
- May need to work extended hours at site to fulfil site demands
- Make Minutes of Meeting capturing all the site activities carried out and get it signed from client
- Collaborate with GPLM / RPLM of Communition products to resolve any site related product issues
- Collaborate with client, Identify business potential and Generate leads for After Market Business
- Support all service business activities while at office
- Above are the main job responsibilities. However, it will not be limited to this.
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in in mechanical or equivalent engineering
- Minimum of 7- 1o years of experience in relevant field
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Team Player
- Good Interpersonal skills / disciplined / Go-Getter.
- Should have the ability to influence and set the trend
- Innovative and swift to take decision
- Knowledge to ready and understand IOM manuals, which are in English.
- Sound knowledge in understanding of Engineering drawings and interpretations of the same.
- Basic knowledge of erection techniques such as Safe Lifting methods, Optimum usage of tools & tackles, etc.,
- Basic knowledge of Erection and Commissioning, activity planning, Understanding of Erection schedules, etc.
- Knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of MS Projects
- Willing to travel extensively all around ME countries (Approx. 200-250 days in a year)
- Fluent in English
