Job Overview

The Guest Service Brand Ambassador serves as the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every guest receives professional, friendly, and memorable service. This role promotes brand values, strengthens customer relationships, and contributes to overall business success. The Guest Service Brand Ambassador is responsible for delivering warm, personalized, and memorable service while embodying the restaurant’s brand values, ensuring every guest receives impeccable hospitality from arrival to departure.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides seamless and efficient guest arrival experience & departure
• Provides personalized service through the guest journey
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards and brand values.
• Assist guests with inquiries, menu recommendations, and service-related requests.
• Promote brand awareness through positive guest interactions and product knowledge.
• Ensure guest concerns and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Strong guest engagement and satisfaction across all touch points
• Maintain excellent knowledge of products, services, promotions, and company offerings.
• Support operational teams in delivering seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a role model for brand values.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Restaurants, Cafés, Retail, or Guest Relations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
