تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة مهندس إنشاءات هيكلية رئيسي - بحري (Principal Structural Design Engineer - Offshore) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التصميم الإنشائي والتحليل الهندسي المتقدم للمنصات البحرية والأنظمة تحت سطح البحر.
  • إجراء التحليلات العالمية والمحلية بما في ذلك تحليل الموقع، التحميل والرفع، الإجهاد، القوة، الانبعاج، والزلازل.
  • مراجعة واعتماد الحسابات الإنشائية والرسومات ووثائق المشروع.
  • ضمان استيفاء المخرجات الهندسية للمتطلبات الفنية، ميزانيات ساعات العمل، والجداول الزمنية.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك مهندسي الأنابيب والأجهزة والميكانيكا والكهرباء والهندسة المعمارية وخطوط الأنابيب والجيوتقنية.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء التصنيع والتركيب وأنشطة البناء البحري.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إدارة السلامة الهيكلية لأصول البنية البنية (brownfield).
  • مراجعة معايير أرامكو السعودية ورموز التصميم (API RP 2A/2SIM، سلسلة ISO 19900، معايير DNV-GL) وضمان الامتثال.
  • إرشاد المهندسين المبتدئين ومراجعة أعمالهم.
  • إجراء مراجعات فردية التخصص للرسومات والمستندات.
  • إجراء مراجعات متعددة التخصصات للرسومات والمستندات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة الإنشائية البحرية.
  • معرفة قوية بمعايير أرامكو السعودية ورموز التصميم الإنشائي البحري (API، DNV، ISO).
  • كفاءة في استخدام أدوات التحليل الإنشائي (SACS و Staad.Pro).
  • خبرة في التصميم الهندسي التفصيلي (FEED والهندسة التفصيلية) وتعديلات البنية البنية (brownfield).
  • فهم طرق البناء والتركيب البحري.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة وكتابة التقارير الفنية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مهام متعددة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية وهندسية متقدمة.

Principal Structural Design Engineer - Offshore

Position Overview

The Senior Offshore Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the design, analysis, and integrity assessment of offshore structures

including jackets, topsides, subsea structures, and floating systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards, international codes, supervising junior engineers, and supporting engineering activities through all project phases including FEED, detailed design, installation, and decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design and advanced engineering analysis for offshore platforms and subsea systems.
  • Perform global and local analyses including in-place, loadout, lifting, fatigue, strength, buckling, and earthquake analysis.
  • Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet technical requirements, manhour budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including piping, instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, architectural, pipelines, and geotechnical engineers.
  • Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and offshore construction activities.
  • Develop and implement structural integrity management strategies for brownfield assets.
  • Review Saudi Aramco standards and design codes (API RP 2A/2SIM, ISO 19900 series, DNV-GL standards) and ensure compliance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and review their work.
  • Perform single disciple checks on drawings and documents.
  • Perform inter disciple checks on drawings and documents.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 10+ years of offshore structural engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and offshore structural design codes (API, DNV, ISO).
  • Proficiency in structural analysis tools (SACS and Staad.Pro).
  • Experience in FEED, detailed engineering, and brownfield modifications.
  • Understanding of offshore construction and installation methods.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and technical report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Certifications Preferred

  • Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer (CEng/PE) preferred.
