Role Purpose

To ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within the organization. Their role is crucial in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively managing resources and stakeholders.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

- Manage and oversee multiple commercial real estate projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and closeout.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and project risks are managed effectively.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing budget variances promptly.
- Facilitate communication and foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
 

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field.

Required Years of Experience

Proven experience (2 years) in project management within the commercial real estate sector.
