انضم إلى Danfoss Arabia، الوجهة المتميزة في الشرق الأوسط. بصفتك خريج مهندس دعم فني في قسم Climate Solutions، ستساهم في النمو والتطوير التقني لقاعدة العملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستساعد في تحسين كفاءة الطاقة والموثوقية والأداء في تطبيقات التبريد الحرجة مثل مراكز البيانات، التكييف التجاري، التبريد الصناعي، والغرف الباردة. هذه فرصة عملية لتطبيق النظرية الهندسية على منتجات حقيقية والتعرف على تقنيات رائدة في المجال. إذا كنت شغوفًا بكفاءة الطاقة وتحب حل التحديات التقنية، فنشجعك على التقديم. سيتم إغلاق الإعلان بعد استلام عدد كافٍ من الطلبات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تحديد واختيار واستكشاف مشاكل الضواغط والمكونات الخطية ووحدات التحكم الإلكترونية في تطبيقات HVAC/R.
- تقديم إرشادات وحلول تقنية للعملاء والمستخدمين النهائيين بشأن استفسارات المنتج والتطبيقات.
- تقديم عروض تقديمية ودورات تدريبية لدعم فهم العملاء واعتماد المنتج.
- توثيق نتائج الاختبارات والنتائج التقنية والتوصيات من خلال تقارير واضحة ودقيقة.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات لدعم تحسين المنتجات ومبادرات تطوير المنتجات الجديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية (شرط أساسي).
- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة واللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى جيد، مع قدرة ممتازة على بناء العلاقات والتواصل مع العملاء.
- الحصول حديثًا على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس.
- معرفة أساسية بمفاهيم الفيزياء والرياضيات.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق، توصيل النتائج التقنية بوضوح، وإظهار مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- نهج استباقي وموجه ذاتيًا وموجه نحو النتائج، والاستعداد للسفر داخل المنطقة.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the specification, selection, and troubleshooting of compressors, line components, and electronic controllers across HVAC/R applications.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and end users, addressing product and application inquiries.
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to support customer understanding and product adoption.
- Document testing results, technical findings, and recommendations through clear and accurate reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product improvements and new product development initiatives.
- Saudi natioanlity is a must.
- Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills, with excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities.
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering or mechatronics.
- Knowledge of basic physics and mathematics concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate technical findings clearly, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach, and willingness to travel within the region.
