تعلن شركة IDOM للاستشارات والهندسة والعمارة عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي (مستوى متوسط-أول) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس كهربائي للانضمام إلى فريق المباني في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح الناجح حاصلاً على درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة، ولديه خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تصميم وتطوير وتقديم الأنظمة الكهربائية لمشاريع المباني. سينضم المهندس إلى فريق المباني متعدد التخصصات في السعودية، ويقدم الدعم الفني في التصميم الكهربائي والتنسيق عبر مجموعة من مشاريع المباني. في البداية، سيساهم في تسليم مشروع دولي كبير بالإضافة إلى دعم مشاريع أخرى قائمة ومستقبلية حسب الحاجة. تشمل المهام تصميم وحساب وتنسيق التركيبات الكهربائية بالتعاون مع فرق العمارة والإنشاءات والميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة ضمن بيئة عمل تعتمد على BIM لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تصميم وتطوير وتقديم مشاريع الخدمات الكهربائية للمباني ضمن بيئات متعددة التخصصات، ويفضل للمشاريع الدولية أو المعقدة.
- معرفة متقدمة بتصميم وحساب أنظمة الجهد المنخفض للمباني، بما في ذلك الإضاءة والإضاءة الطارئة، وتوزيع الطاقة، وأنظمة التأريض والحماية من الصواعق، وأنظمة حاويات الكابلات، ومنشآت الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية.
- إتقان أدوات التصميم والحسابات الهندسية مثل جداول Excel المتخصصة وبرامج مثل DIALux وCaneco BT وETAP وPVsyst أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة بسير عمل BIM وبرنامج Autodesk Revit ضمن بيئات المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- الخبرة في مشاريع المباني الدولية ومتعددة التخصصات تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مستوى C1 أو أعلى في اللغة الإنجليزية، وإجادة اللغة العربية إلزامي؛ وإجادة لغات إضافية تُعتبر ميزة.
- القدرة على التنقل الدولي، والمرونة، والاستقلالية، والدقة الفنية، ومهارات العمل الجماعي القوية.

About The Job
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the Buildings team in KSA. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in the design, development and delivery of electrical systems for building projects. The selected candidate will become part of IDOM’s multidisciplinary Buildings team in KSA, providing electrical engineering design and technical coordination support across a portfolio of building projects. Initially, the role will contribute to the delivery of a major international project while also supporting other ongoing and future projects as required. The position will involve the design, calculation and coordination of electrical installations, working closely with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines within a BIM-oriented environment to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

About You
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of electrical building services projects within multidisciplinary environments for international and/or complex building projects.
- Advanced knowledge of the design and calculation of low-voltage electrical systems for buildings, including lighting and emergency lighting, power distribution, earthing and lightning protection systems, cable containment systems, and photovoltaic installations.
- Proficiency in engineering design and calculation tools ranging from dedicated Excel-based calculation spreadsheets to specialized software such as DIALux, Caneco BT, ETAP, PVsyst, or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and Autodesk Revit within multidisciplinary project environments.
- Experience in international and multidisciplinary building projects will be highly valued
- English level C1 or higher, and Proficiency in Arabic, are mandatory; additional languages are considered an advantage .
- International mobility, flexibility, autonomy, technical rigor and strong teamwork skills.
