المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للمنطقة وقيادة استراتيجية وحوكمة النزاهة الإقليمية بما يتوافق مع الأولويات العالمية وقيم الشركة.
- تطوير مبادرات التدريب والتوعية الخاصة بالنزاهة على المستوى الإقليمي لتعزيز السلوك الأخلاقي وثقافة التحدث الصريح.
- وضع الخطط التشغيلية والأولويات ومقاييس الأداء لوظيفة النزاهة الإقليمية، ودعم رئيس النزاهة العالمي.
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ وتعزيز برامج الأخلاقيات والامتثال والنزاهة العالمية على المستوى الإقليمي.
- تصميم والإشراف على جميع السياسات والإجراءات اللازمة مع المتطلبات التنظيمية والتجارية المتطورة.
- إدارة المخاطر والمراقبة والتدقيق من خلال تحديد وتقييم وإدارة مخاطر الامتثال والنزاهة عبر منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
- قيادة والإشراف على التحقيقات الداخلية وحل القضايا وفقاً لسياسات المجموعة ومدونة قواعد السلوك.
- تقديم التوجيه بشأن القضايا المعقدة أو عالية المخاطر وضمان الاتساق في النتائج.
- تقديم دعم النزاهة في الأنشطة التجارية الرئيسية، بما في ذلك المفاوضات التعاقدية وإدارة مخاطر الطرف الثالث والعناية الواجبة وعمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في القانون أو مؤهل آخر ذي صلة (يفضل درجة متقدمة).
- أكثر من 10 سنوات خبرة كمتخصص في الامتثال/النزاهة في بيئات متعددة الجنسيات أو مكاتب محاماة رفيعة المستوى أو شركات صناعية.
- خبرة في توظيف الفرق وقيادتها وتطويرها.
- خبرة في تمثيل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا في منتديات النزاهة والامتثال العالمية.
- خبرة مثبتة في الشراكة والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين الرئيسيين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة واسعة في موضوع الأخلاقيات والامتثال والحوكمة.
- خبرة عميقة في أطر مكافحة الرشوة والفساد وتطبيقها (بما في ذلك قانون الرشوة واللوائح المماثلة).
- معرفة قوية بالعقوبات الدولية وضوابط التصدير ومكافحة غسل الأموال وخصوصية البيانات.
- خبرة مثبتة في أطر الامتثال والحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر.

Reporting to the Global Head of Integrity, the Regional Head of Integrity - MEA, the Regional Head of Integrity - Middle East and Africa (MEA) drives integrity with strategic leadership, development, and governance of the organization’s Ethics & Compliance (Integrity) framework across the region.
In this role you will lead and develop the regional Integrity/Compliance team while building organizational ethics and compliance capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring effective management of regional risks.
The position covers all key areas of compliance risk, including but not limited to business conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, trade compliance, information and cyber security, data privacy, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, fraud prevention, investigations, and broader governance topics.
Acting as a recognized subject matter expert and trusted advisor, the role combines strategic direction with operational execution, ensuring that compliance programs are effectively embedded into business activities. Performance is measured through program effectiveness, enforcement outcomes, risk mitigation, and the successful implementation of policies, procedures, and operational plans aligned with organizational objectives.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Act as the primary point of contact and drive our regional strategy and governance by defining and executing the regional Integrity strategy aligned with global priorities and company values.
- Develop and drive regional integrity training and awareness initiatives, promoting ethical behavior, a strong speak-up culture, and a workplace grounded in integrity, transparency, and non-retaliation across all levels.
- Establish operational plans, priorities, and performance metrics for the regional Integrity function. Support and advise the Global Head of Integrity and global team on regional developments and risks.
- Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of regional Ethics & Compliance and global Integrity programs.
- Design and oversee all relevant and necessary policies and procedures with evolving regulatory and business requirements.
- Manage Risk, Monitor & Audit by Identifying, assessing, and proactively managing compliance and integrity risks across MEA.
- Lead and oversee internal Investigations & Issue Resolution in accordance with Group policies and Code of Conduct.
- Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, independently, and in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases and ensure consistency in outcomes.
- Provide Integrity support in key business activities, including contract negotiations, Third-party risk management and due diligence, M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
- Degree in Law or other relevant qualifications (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience as a compliance/integrity professional in multinational environments, top-tier law firms, or industrial companies.
- Extensive subject matter expertise in ethics, compliance, and governance disciplines.
- Deep expertise in anti-bribery and anti-corruption frameworks and enforcement (including Bribery Act and similar regulations).
- Strong knowledge of international sanctions, export controls, AML, and data privacy.
- Demonstrated expertise in compliance frameworks, governance, and risk management.
- Proven experience in partnering and influencing key internal and external stakeholders
- Experience representing MEA in global Integrity and Compliance forums.
- Years or experience in recruiting, leading and developing teams.
