نبحث عن أخصائي حلول تقنية (تقنيات المنبع) لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا لدى شركة Sartorius في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور تقييم متطلبات العملاء، والتحقق من مفاهيم الحلول التقنية، وتقديم التدريب التقني، وتوفير الخبرات التطبيقية عبر التفاعل مع العملاء والموزعين لتسريع اعتماد تقنيات Sartorius.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم متطلبات العملاء من خلال الاستشارات التقنية، والمناقشات التطبيقية، والعروض التقديمية، والتدريبات، والتجارب، والعروض التوضيحية لزيادة حجم توصيات الحلول المعتمدة القابلة للتسليم للقنوات التجارية المصرح بها.
- تهيئة والتحقق من مفاهيم الحلول التقنية من خلال الخبرات التطبيقية، والمعرفة العملية، والتقييمات الخاصة بالمنتج لتسريع اعتماد تقنيات Sartorius داخل بيئات العملاء.
- تقديم التوجيه التقني والخبرات التطبيقية أثناء التفاعل مع العملاء والموزعين من خلال دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والمناقشات التقنية، وأنشطة التحقق من الحلول لتعزيز الثقة في الحلول التقنية لشركة Sartorius.
- حل التحديات التطبيقية من خلال تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، ودعم التنفيذ، والتنسيق مع الخبراء التقنيين الداخليين لتحسين الاحتفاظ بالعملاء.
- توثيق النتائج التطبيقية، والقيود التقنية، وملاحظات العملاء من خلال التقارير المنظمة وعمليات تبادل المعرفة لتحسين الاستجابة للمتطلبات والاتجاهات التطبيقية الناشئة.
- تقديم التدريب التقني ونقل المعرفة للعملاء وشركاء القنوات من خلال ورش العمل والعروض التوضيحية وأنشطة الدعم التطبيقي لتسريع الاستخدام المستقل لتقنيات Sartorius.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في التكنولوجيا الحيوية، أو الكيمياء الحيوية، أو علوم الحياة، أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في المعالجة الحيوية، أو الدعم التطبيقي، أو الاستشارات التقنية، أو الأدوار العلمية المواجهة للعملاء ضمن علوم الحياة.
- خبرة قوية في عمليات التصنيع الحيوي، وتطوير التطبيقات، وتصميم الحلول.
- خبرة مثبتة في إجراء الاستشارات التقنية والتجارب والعروض التوضيحية وأنشطة دعم التنفيذ.
- قدرة قوية على التعاون مع الموزعين والفرق التجارية والخبراء التقنيين في بيئات المصفوفة.
- القدرة على ترجمة متطلبات العملاء إلى توصيات حلول قابلة للتطبيق تقنياً.
- مهارات قوية في العرض والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (مطلوب للتفاعل الإقليمي).

Grow With Us - Your Responsibilities
- Assess customer requirements through technical consultations, application discussions, presentations, trainings, trials and demonstrations to increase the volume of validated solution recommendations available for handover to authorized commercial channels
- Configure and validate technical solution concepts through application expertise, process knowledge and product-specific evaluations to accelerate adoption of Sartorius technologies within customer environments
- Provide technical guidance and application expertise during customer and distributor engagements through troubleshooting support, technical discussions and solution validation activities to strengthen confidence in Sartorius technical solutions
- Resolve application challenges through root-cause analysis, implementation support and coordination with internal technical experts to improve customer retention
- Document application findings, technical limitations and customer feedback through structured reporting and knowledge-sharing processes to improve responsiveness to emerging customer requirements and application trends
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners through workshops, demonstrations and application support activities to accelerate independent use of Sartorius technologies
- Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in bioprocessing, application support, technical consulting or customer-facing scientific roles within life sciences
- Strong expertise in bioprocess manufacturing processes, application development and solution design
- Proven experience conducting technical consultations, trials, demonstrations and implementation support activities
- Strong capability to collaborate with distributors, commercial teams and technical experts in matrix environments
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technically viable solution recommendations
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic as required for regional engagement
