Maximizing profitability by providing world class quality assistance, increasing end user's proficiency and productivity, exploiting the features of AMOS and other digital applications that is vital to the company's operational requirements, in compliance with the department procedures manual. Effectively understanding, identifying and analyzing bottlenecks in an existing process productivity and revenue, minimizing wastes and cost through use of best practice, lean methods and metrics.

Responsibilities include:

• Maximizing profitability by providing world class quality assistance, increasing end user's proficiency and productivity.
• Exploiting the features of AMOS and other digital applications that is vital to the company's operational requirements, in compliance with the department procedures manual.
• Effectively understanding, identifying and analyzing bottlenecks in an existing process productivity and revenue, minimizing wastes and cost through use of best practice, lean methods and metrics.
• Ensure continuity of the company's operation through system performance and reliability, by providing accurate and lean method to achieve a long-term inventory accuracy and traceability, together ensuring management's trust of the high-quality services.
• To ensure that AMOS and other digitalization application are controlled and manage, customized to the needs of the department, preventing unwanted transaction.
• Ensure effectiveness and proficiency of end user in the usability of AMOS and other digitalization systems through constant guidance, information and direct involvement in solution building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, programming
• 3+ years of work experience with Digital Applications in Airlines and Aviation.
