تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة ممرض/ممرضة موارد سريرية (Clinical Resource Nurse) في مكة وجدة، السعودية. يهدف الدور إلى تقديم الدعم التعليمي والاستشارات السريرية لتحسين نتائج المرضى وتحسين ممارسات التمريض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في التوجيه السريري والإرشاد للممرضين والموظفين الجدد، وتقديم التوجيه والدعم لضمان تحقيق الكفاءات السريرية والمعايير القسمية.
- تقديم استشارات ودعم خبير لطواقم التمريض وغيرهم من المهنيين الصحيين حول القضايا السريرية المعقدة وخطط العلاج واستراتيجيات رعاية المرضى.
- تقييم الاحتياجات التعليمية التخصصية لتحسين الممارسة ونتائج المرضى.
- معالجة فجوات الممارسة المهنية التمريضية مثل تغيير معيار الرعاية أو مشكلة في الممارسة أو فرصة للتحسين.
- تقديم برامج تعليمية تخصصية وورش عمل وجلسات تدريبية حول الممارسات السريرية والتقنيات الجديدة وأفضل الممارسات لتعزيز مهارات ومعرفة طاقم التمريض.
- تقييم الممارسات السريرية وعمليات رعاية المرضى لتحديد مجالات التحسين وضمان الالتزام بسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والإرشادات السريرية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- التعاون مع فريق تحسين الجودة لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تحسين نتائج المرضى والسلامة والممارسات التمريضية.
- المساعدة في تطوير ومراجعة وتحديث الإرشادات والبروتوكولات والسياسات السريرية لضمان توافقها مع الممارسات التخصصية القائمة على الأدلة والمعايير التنظيمية.
- ضمان توافق الممارسات السريرية مع الإرشادات والبروتوكولات المعتمدة ومعالجة أي انحرافات أو مشكلات عند ظهورها.
- مراقبة المقاييس السريرية والإبلاغ عنها بما في ذلك نتائج المرضى وأداء الموظفين لدعم جهود التحسين المستمر.
- تسهيل تنسيق العملية الكاملة للتخطيط والتنفيذ والتقييم لأنشطة التطوير المهني المستمر بالتعاون مع المربي التخصصي.
- التنسيق مع قسم الهندسة الطبية وترتيب تدريب الموظفين على مختلف المعدات الطبية.
- التنسيق مع LSTC وترتيب تدريب الموظفين على مختلف المعدات الطبية ورفع المخاوف إلى مدير التمريض.
- تثقيف وتنفيذ وتقييم نماذج التمريض التخصصية والعمل كشخص مرجعي للسجلات الصحية الإلكترونية ومعلوماتية التمريض.
- دعم برامج الانتقال إلى الممارسة والتدريب السريري للطلاب وبرامج الإقامة لخريجي التمريض.
- دعم تقدم بحوث التمريض وتسهيل سير العمل للموظفين الأعضاء في مجالس الوحدات.
- المشاركة في محاضرات التعليم الطبي المستمر للتمريض والدورات وورش العمل والندوات.
- مهام أخرى تُكلف ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص لدى فقيه.
- المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.

- الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي وفقًا للمتطلبات قبل انتهاء الصلاحية بشهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بدوام كامل بعد التسجيل مع خلفية قوية في المجال التخصصي أو الخبرة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- ترخيص من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA)، بالإضافة إلى شهادات BLS وACLS ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تقييم سريري متقدمة وتفكير ناقد.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض وعلاقات شخصية قوية مع القدرة على التعليم والإرشاد بفعالية.
- إتقان استخدام السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية (EHR) وأنظمة التوثيق السريري الأخرى.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات وإدارة سيناريوهات رعاية المرضى المعقدة.

- Assists with the clinical orientation and mentoring of new nurses and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet clinical competencies and departmental standards.
- Offers expert consultation and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on complex clinical issues, treatment plans, and patient care strategies.
- Assesses specialty-based educational needs to improve practice and patient outcome.
- Addresses a professional nursing practice gap i.e. change in standard of care, problem in practice, or opportunity for improvement etc.
- Delivers specialty educational programs, workshops, and training sessions on clinical practices, new technologies and best practices to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
- Evaluate clinical practices and patient care processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to Fakeeh Care policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with the quality improvement team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes, safety, and nursing practices.
- Assists in the development, review, and revision of clinical guidelines, protocols, and policies to ensure they reflect current specialty evidence-based practices and meet regulatory standards.
- Ensures that clinical practices are consistent with established guidelines and protocols and address any deviations or issues as they arise.
- Monitors and reports on clinical metrics, including patient outcomes and staff performance, to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Facilitates coordinating the entire process of planning, implementing, and evaluating continuous professional development activities in collaboration with the specialty educator.
- Coordinates with the biomedical department and arranges staff training on various medical equipment.
- Coordinate with the LSTC and arrange staff training on various medical equipment. Escalates concerns to the Nursing Director.
- Educates, implements, and evaluates specialty nursing forms. Act as an EMR / Nursing Informatics resource person.
- Supports the transition to practice programs, students clinical training and RN residency programs.
- Supports the advancement of nursing research and facilitates the workflow of staff who are members of Unit Based Councils.
- Participates in nursing CME lectures, Courses, Workshops and Symposiums.
- Other tasks as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
