تعلن شركة Corporate Research and Investigations (CRI Group)، المتخصصة منذ عام 1990 في حماية الشركات من الاحتيال والفساد عبر خدمات العناية الواجبة والتحقق من خلفية الموظفين وإدارة مخاطر الطرف الثالث، عن توفر وظيفة محلل تحقيق (Investigative Analyst) في منطقة الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • جمع المعلومات الاستخباراتية عبر الملاحظة الميدانية، أو مصادر المعلومات السرية، أو السجلات العامة.
  • بناء علاقات مهنية مع الجهات الحكومية الموفرة للمعلومات العامة والحفاظ عليها.
  • جمع وتحليل وتقييم نتائج الأبحاث والتحقيقات.
  • تحديد المؤشرات الخطرة في التقارير كالقضايا القضائية، والأشخاص المعرضون سياسياً، وقوائم العقوبات، والتغطية الإعلامية السلبية، والمسميات الوظيفية المضخمة، وفترات التوظيف غير الصحيحة، والمؤهلات المزورة، وغيرها.
  • كتابة تقارير منطقية وموضوعية ومنظمة حول تقييمات الوضع القانوني، والمشروعية، والخلفية العامة، وسمعة الشركة ومديريها أو الأفراد المعنيين.
  • إدارة عدة حالات من العناية الواجبة، والتحقق من الخلفية، والتحقيق في مطالبات التأمين حتى إنجازها.
  • متابعة التقدم وضمان إنجاز الحالات في الوقت المحدد.
  • إنتاج تقارير مكتوبة دقيقة وعالية الجودة.
  • ضمان اتخاذ إجراءات المتابعة اللازمة مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
  • المساعدة في إدارة الوثائق الداعمة للتحليلات التي تم إجراؤها.
  • التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق الدوليين والموردين لإنجاز نطاقات العمل المطلوبة.
  • إظهار حكم ممتاز والالتزام بالتميز المهني ورؤية المنظمة.
  • اتباع معايير ISO الحالية والمستقبلية والسياسات والإجراءات.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى حسب احتياجات ومتطلبات الشركة والعمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص: الإعلام، الصحافة، القانون، العلاقات الدولية/الشؤون الدولية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في العناية الواجبة، البحث، القانون، التحقيقات، أو إدارة المخاطر.
  • مؤهلات إضافية قد تحظى بالأفضلية حسب طبيعة الوظيفة.
  • أن يكون المرشح مؤهلاً لزيارة المحاكم والجهات الشرطية لإجراء الأبحاث.
  • الاستعداد للمشاركة في عملية فحص ما قبل التوظيف بالشركة، بما في ذلك اختبار المخدرات والتحقق من الخلفية.
  • القدرة على التحدث والقراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • مهارات كتابة التقارير.

Since 1990, Corporate Research and Investigation Limited "CRI Group" has safeguarded businesses from fraud and corruption, providing integrity due diligence, employment background screening, third-party risk management and compliance, and other professional investigative research services. CRI Group is a global firm with experts and resources located in key regional marketplaces across Asia Pacific, South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and North America. The international nature of business today dictates an increasing demand for proactive measures designed to reduce the exposure of organizations to economic crime and civil wrongs, particularly in the financial, government, and multinational business sectors.

The Investigative Analyst conducts various analyses and investigative research services, including but not limited to public record research. The Investigative Analyst will complete all-source research, gather pertinent data, review intelligence gaps, prepare records and files, and complete associated investigations and reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather intelligence information by field observation, confidential information sources, or public records.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with government agencies that provide public information.
  • Collect, assimilate, analyze, and evaluate the results of research and investigations.
  • Identify red flags in reports such as court cases, politically exposed persons, sanctions lists, adverse media, inflated job titles, incorrect employment periods, forged qualifications, etc.
  • Write well-structured, logical, and objective reports regarding assessments on the status, legitimacy, general background, and overall reputation of a company and its principals, or subject individuals.
  • Manage multiple due diligence, background screening, and insurance claim investigation cases through completion.
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of cases.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality written reports.
  • Ensure necessary follow-up actions to external stakeholders.
  • Assist in document management that supports the analyses performed.
  • Coordinate with international team members and vendors to complete required scopes of work.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the organization’s vision.
  • Follow current and prospective ISO standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Carry out other tasks and assignments according to the needs and requirements of the company and work.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree majoring in Media, Journalism, Law, International Relations/Affairs, or other related areas of study.
  • Having at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior work experience in due diligence, research, legal, investigations or risk management fields will be preferred.
  • Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
  • Must be eligible to visit the court and policy authorities to conduct the research.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have report-writing skills.
