تعلن شركة Corporate Research and Investigations (CRI Group) عن توفر وظيفة محلل تحقيق - فحص الخلفيات (Investigative Analyst - Background Screening) في منطقة الرياض. منذ عام 1990، تلتزم CRI Group بحماية الشركات من الاحتيال والفساد من خلال خدمات العناية الواجبة، وفحص الخلفيات الوظيفية، وإدارة مخاطر الطرف الثالث، وغيرها من خدمات التحقيق المهنية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • جمع المعلومات الاستخباراتية عن طريق الملاحظة الميدانية أو المصادر السرية أو السجلات العامة.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية مع الجهات الحكومية التي توفر المعلومات العامة.
  • جمع وتحليل وتقييم نتائج الأبحاث والتحقيقات.
  • تحديد المؤشرات الحمراء في التقارير مثل القضايا القضائية، والأشخاص المعرضين سياسياً، وقوائم العقوبات، والأخبار السلبية، والمسميات الوظيفية المضخمة، وفترات التوظيف غير الصحيحة، والمؤهلات المزورة.
  • كتابة تقارير منظمة ومنطقية وموضوعية حول التقييمات المتعلقة بوضع الشركة وشرعيتها وخلفيتها العامة وسمعتها، أو الأفراد المعنيين.
  • إدارة حالات متعددة من العناية الواجبة وفحص الخلفيات والتحقيقات في مطالبات التأمين حتى اكتمالها.
  • تتبع التقدم وضمان إنجاز الحالات في الوقت المحدد.
  • إنتاج تقارير دقيقة وعالية الجودة.
  • ضمان إجراءات المتابعة اللازمة مع الأطراف الخارجية.
  • المساعدة في إدارة الوثائق التي تدعم التحليلات التي تم إجراؤها.
  • التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق الدوليين والموردين لإنجاز نطاقات العمل المطلوبة.
  • إظهار حكم ممتاز والانطلاق من التميز المهني والالتزام برؤية المنظمة.
  • اتباع معايير ISO الحالية والمستقبلية والسياسات والإجراءات.
  • تنفيذ المهام والواجبات الأخرى وفقاً لاحتياجات ومتطلبات الشركة والعمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الإعلام أو الصحافة أو القانون أو العلاقات الدولية أو أي مجال دراسي ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في مجالات العناية الواجبة أو البحث أو القانون أو التحقيقات أو إدارة المخاطر.
  • المؤهلات الإضافية قد تكون محددة وتحظى بالأفضلية حسب طبيعة الوظيفة.
  • يجب أن يكون المرشح مؤهلاً لزيارة المحاكم والجهات الرسمية لإجراء الأبحاث.
  • يجب أن يكون مستعداً للمشاركة في عملية فحص ما قبل التوظيف بالشركة، بما في ذلك اختبار المخدرات والتحقق من الخلفية.
  • يجب أن يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة.

CRI Group is a global firm with experts and resources located in key regional marketplaces across Asia Pacific, South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and North America. The international nature of business today dictates an increasing demand for proactive measures designed to reduce the exposure of organizations to economic crime and civil wrongs, particularly in the financial, government, and multinational business sectors.

The Investigative Analyst conducts various analyses and investigative research services, including but not limited to public record research. The Investigative Analyst will complete all-source research, gather pertinent data, review intelligence gaps, prepare records and files, and complete associated investigations and reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather intelligence information by field observation, confidential information sources, or public records.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with government agencies that provide public information.
  • Collect, assimilate, analyze, and evaluate the results of research and investigations.
  • Identify red flags in reports such as court cases, politically exposed persons, sanctions lists, adverse media, inflated job titles, incorrect employment periods, forged qualifications, etc.
  • Write well-structured, logical, and objective reports regarding assessments on the status, legitimacy, general background, and overall reputation of a company and its principals, or subject individuals.
  • Manage multiple due diligence, background screening, and insurance claim investigation cases through completion.
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of cases.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality written reports.
  • Ensure necessary follow-up actions to external stakeholders.
  • Assist in document management that supports the analyses performed.
  • Coordinate with international team members and vendors to complete required scopes of work.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the organization’s vision.
  • Follow current and prospective ISO standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Carry out other tasks and assignments according to the needs and requirements of the company and work.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree majoring in Media, Journalism, Law, International Relations/Affairs, or other related areas of study.
  • Having at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior work experience in due diligence, research, legal, investigations or risk management fields will be preferred.
  • Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
  • Must be eligible to visit the court and policy authorities to conduct the research.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have report-writing skills.
