تعلن شركة الاتصالات السعودية عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مدير الفحص في الرياض، حيث يهدف شاغل الوظيفة إلى قيادة عملية التخطيط والتنفيذ لفحص الاحتيال وتحليل البيانات والأدلة وإعداد التقارير النهائية وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم قسم التحقيقات في أي قضايا ذات صلة أو أي معلومات مطلوبة.
- قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ لعملية فحص الاحتيال من خلال إجراء الفحوصات وتحليل البيانات والأدلة وإعداد التقارير النهائية.
- حضور الاستجوابات الخارجية مع وحدات stc عند الحاجة.
- رفع المؤشرات الحمراء للأطراف المعنية لاسترداد الخسائر الناتجة عن حوادث الاحتيال.
- تحديد نقاط الضعف في الضوابط الداخلية للشركة وعملياتها بهدف تحسين الكفاءة والربحية.
- استخدام الأدوات/أنظمة المراقبة لفحص أنشطة الاحتيال المبلغ عنها داخل مجموعة stc.
- تقييم كفاءة البرامج والأدوات المتعلقة بفحص الاحتيال في مجموعة stc لأغراض الكشف عن السلوك غير المعتاد وأنماط الاحتيال.
- إعداد تقارير إحصائية متعلقة بأنشطة فحص الاحتيال في stc.
- التعاون مع وحدات التحقيقات في القضايا المتعلقة بالاحتيال داخل stc أو أي معلومات مطلوبة.
- إدارة تسليم فحص الاحتيال لجميع محاولات وانتهاكات الاحتيال المالية والتقنية والجنائية وجمع المعلومات ذات الصلة في stc.
- إدارة التخطيط والتنفيذ لعملية فحص الاحتيال من خلال إجراء الفحوصات وتحليل البيانات والأدلة وإعداد التقارير النهائية في stc.
- إعداد تقارير إحصائية لوحدة نزاهة الأعمال للأنشطة المتعلقة بالاحتيال في الشركات التابعة.
- التعاون مع وحدات التحقيقات في القضايا المتعلقة بالاحتيال داخل الشركات التابعة أو أي معلومات مطلوبة.
- إدارة تسليم فحص الاحتيال لجميع محاولات وانتهاكات الاحتيال المالية والتقنية والجنائية وجمع المعلومات ذات الصلة في الشركات التابعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الفحص في قطاع الاتصالات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات الإدارية.
- شهادات إضافية (إن وجدت) في مجال ذات صلة.

Senior Examination Analyst
Job Responsibility
- Support investigation Dep in any related cases or any needed information.
- Leads the planning and execution of fraud examination process by conducting examinations, analyzing data, evidences and generate final reports.
- Support the attendance with external interrogations stc Units when needed.
- Raise red flags to related parties to recover loss from fraud incident
- Identify weaknesses in the company's internal controls and processes in order to improve efficiency and profitability
- Utilize tools / monitoring systems to examine reported fraud activities within stc group.
- Assess the efficiency of the stc group’s software and tools related to fraud examination for the purpose of examination to the unusual behavior and fraud patterns.
- Prepare statistics reports that are related to fraud examination activities which are related to stc.
- Collaborate with the investigation units in fraud-related cases within stc or any needed information.
- Manages delivery of fraud examination of all attempts and committed financial, technical and criminal infringements and collection of all relevant information in stc.
- Manages the planning and execution of fraud examination process by conducting examination, analyzing data, evidences and generate final reports in stc.
- Prepare statistics reports to Business Integrity unit for fraud-related activities that are related to subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with the investigation units in fraud-related cases within subsidiaries or any needed information.
- Manages delivery of fraud examination of all attempts and committed financial, technical and criminal infringements and collection of all relevant information in Subsidiaries.
